The lady was very welcoming .
The bathroom was clean but didn't feel the bedding was very worn and faded , pillows didn't smell very fresh wrapped a towel around it to lay my head on the bed . Got back to the Wood field around 1 o'clock , we were having a conversation before me and my friends went up to our rooms , there was a man sleeping on the couch ,snoring !When I went up to my room the room opposite were talking very loud , didn't get to sleep till 4 o'clock .

Was ideal for a one night stay, close to the beach & amenities.
Being told the morning we was leaving that there was a £10 charge for the parking which was never mentioned the night we arrived & parked up.

The owner was amazing and made us all feel comfortable and welcome, he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more, he also let us check in early and check out late without any extra fees, price was also amazing for everything you get with the stay including a nice breakfast and use off the indoor heated swimming pool. We can ensure that we will be staying here alot more often.

Good breakfast only problem the hot meal was served on a very cold plate. Therfore we did not have breakfast on our second day.

The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in.it was a single room with a small double bed in it.the bedding was dull and well worn,bed uncomfortable.

Location is good only space for 3 cars and you guessed it you pay cash for this. it is basically the bin store.
Place is an absolute dive, obviously a tax fiddle for someone as there is absolutely minimum investment and cash only.
