El personal es muy amable. La ubicación es cómoda.

El mobiliario es muy antiguo. Justo debajo del hostal está el restaurante, así que hasta que no terminan las cenas hay mucho ruido en la calle, y se oye desde la habitación.

Very good location, the room was clean , the breakfast delicious and the staff nice and friendly, too friendly even with very noisy restaurant clients. So, doesn't matter the bed was very good , if the night was terrible.

In the restaurant, right under my room was a 20-30 local people party, that did last till 1:30 at night and the staff was to nice to tell them they are disturbing the guest that paid for the room.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed our breakfast in Locanda.

The laminated door and wardrobe worsen the overall impression, it doesn't correspond with the pictures presented.

Great location within the walls, good breakfast, friendly staff. Room is outdated but comfortable and suited our needs.

The location is excellent, few steps from the main points to visit in San Gimignano

In the room you could hear all the noise of the people eating downstairs at the Locanda. People shouting and singing after midnight, so noisy like they were inside the room. Impossible to fall asleep. The noise continues when the people of the hotel clean the restaurant and starts quite early when they start preparing the breakfast in the kitchen. The shower needs definitely to be renewed, terribly old and rusty bathroom. The personal didnt even ask how was our stay, they didnt ask if we needed something else when serving the breakfast.
