We loved staying here it was a very clean and super nice home. Had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. We will stay here again next time we’re in town.

The property was as advertised, very clean, comfortable, all updated amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans we needed; we also appreciated all the little details at the coffee bar. We liked that it had a good-sized garage to park our car, out of the hot sun. We were visiting relatives in the same neighborhood, and so it all worked out very well. The owner was super at answering all my questions and concerns, Troy was an excellent host.

This was everything we needed in the area we needed it. Not one negative. Even my autistic child (that struggles being away from home more than a couple of nights) was comfortable here (and wants to go back!). The pics are true. Very comfortable. Very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

This was probably the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It exceeded our expectations in all aspects. And the host responded almost immediately to our inquiries.
We visit Tucson approximately twice a year, and this is the house we will rent from this point forward.

The house was clean and well stocked with the basics you would hope to find. The owner was easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. We will definitely book here again!

The house was very clean, nicely remodeled, and decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful. The sofa in the kitchen/dining area was very soft as was the master bed. It was nice to be able to park in the garage which we've never been able to do with other rentals.

The house was great! Impeccably clean, nicely decorated and a great location with several amenities near by. The check in and out was a breeze and communication with Troy was seamless. I highly recommend, especially if you are going to be at the fair for several days.

My wife and I booked this property for an extended stay to escape the cold winter and shorten the season. We found this property was available for the dates we wanted to travel and were interested in the location as we'd not stayed in the east side of Tucson before.
We were impressed with the property and enjoyed our stay very much. Our property manager Troy pleasant to work with and quite helpful with all of our needs during our visit.
The location of the property exceeded our expectations. Hiking and sightseeing of numerous points of interest are only minutes away from this property.
Also the newly remodeled home is quite comfortable and can accommodate a couple or a family with several children easily. Goods and services such as groceries, restaurants, and shopping close by as well.
The best part is the neighborhood is quiet and safe while at the same time people were walking, jogging and children were riding bicycles frequently during our stay.
If this sounds appealing don't hesitate to book this property for an upcoming visit to Tucson.

This is one of the best properties I've ever stayed at! It was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could ever want...from kitchen items, outdoor grill, games, etc. There were 5 of us in the house, and we were all quite comfortable.
Troy was also very helpful and responsive. We would recommend him as a host and the property to anyone wanting to stay near Tucson.
