Best stay ever! It was honestly so comforting. There was a little kitchen, room was clean, bathroom was clean. Tv was chromcaste. I loved it!

There was old french fries by the bed. There was no hand / face soap like hotels usually have. There was no plastic laundry bag.

We loved the room and hotel. The staff was super helpful with any questions we had. We had a very modern and nice room for a really good price! The room had a new house smell to it that made us feel like we just moved in to a house of our own. The bathroom was delightful and we loved the light around the mirror. We weren’t a fan of the shower head but that was just our person preference, nothing wrong with it, worked great! Our only complaint is about the kitchen. The appliances and everything was clean and amazing however the only utensils/cookwear was two small cups that were different shapes? As if two previous guests may have bought them from a thrift store and left them. We did ask the front desk if there was any plates or something we could get for the kitchen and were told that at best we could get some plastic utensils. All in all we had an amazing stay and loved the place but hope next time there is some sort of cookware so we can properly use the kitchen. 9.5/10 Will stay again!

Everything was very nice - clean, comfortable & friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the breakfast food items were dry & cool. The donut holes didn’t seem fresh- very dry & the eggs were very dry & cool along with the other cooked items.

The shuttle pickup process was terrible as the driver was 45 minutes late picking us up and made excuses that the Traffic was “Bad” but there was no traffic the time we called for pickup. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the Airport! Don’t use there shuttle service unless you want to be the next guy writing the same review!!

It’s a great hotel and location however I will not be returning because the shower head and pressure is awful plus not hot water. Each of my showers had slightly warm water

The place was so clean and comfortable with a lot to offer close by. On property, could offer a better food and wine selection. BUT the cleanliness, spacious room and the most comfy bed was the best!

We did not get to stay because they did not have a room for us. They also would not refund our money because we used a third party to book the hotel. The staff was rude and dismissive. The hotel was horrible looking

The service was wonderful. The only drawback was the breakfast. There was room for lots of selections but outside of cereal, the other options were limited.

The AC in my room had a really bad noise from it all night long, even when it was turned off. I went to reception at 4am to complain about it (they took my details) and went again at 8am to complain about the issue. Again they took my details and said someone would be in contact, but no one has contacted me. Worst night i have ever spent in a hotel, terrible!

Parking a U-Haul proved difficult. I took up more than 1 space. Charged $30 for this infraction. “Sam” front desk, insisted on this charge despite parking lot 70-30 open spaces.
I would steer clear of this beautiful property if you have a big Truck, camper, traile, boat, RV.
They will make you pay extra. (Reservation included free parking)
Nice breakfast, gym, and room. Unfortunately, parking is troublesome.

They didn't have the room I reserved. When I booked the room back in February I picked a room with two double beds and a pullout. We had four people. The hotel gave us a room with one king and a pull out.

The thermostat for the air conditioner did not work. The room was way too cold. Had to call for assistance and all they could was shut the power to the air conditioner off.

We stayed twice within a week. Both times I asked in advance for an allergen free room and both times was told they would have to see when I checked in. This is not a preference- it’s an allergy. Both times, we ended up taking the bedding apart ourselves and repeatedly asking staff for the polyester bedding we needed during this process, we discovered stains and/spots on the blankets and duvets. Gross!

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel is clean and quiet. Washer and dryer in this hotel pretty expensive, $4 per load compare with other hotels normally $2 per load. Overall is very nice and good hotel.

I have been traveling to Sacramento for business for years. This is the best hotel that I have found in this area. The staff is amazing, the facility is newer and nicely decorated but the rooms are large, bright and for someone who has to be away from home, these things make it much easier to stomach! :)
