Nice clean and new rooms. Staff was helpful and provided a (cheap) early check in. Also very flexible in change the dates.

They haven’t had enough towels for us (only one provided), and even though on booking.com it appears as no need for prepayment - a prepayment was required to confirm the booking. WiFi didn’t work, and it is on the Main Street so a bit noisy. No warm shower as well.

Location close to serenity beach which is a clean sand beach. Staff was friendly.

Dirty washroom and linen. AC drainpipe outlet is in the washroom it self and water drips out throughout the washroom. Basic amenities like tissue paper not provided.Quite noisy as next to the road and windows/ doors are flimsy. Would not recommend if staying with kids or elders.

Room was good. Air condition was good. Towels provided.

No Geyser. Heater was provided. Bathroom is too small. No proper door mats. No sea view. Balcony can't be used, not cleaned and too small. No drinking water. No place to dry wet clothes. Parking has to be done on the road. Breakfast was too cold and quantity is very less(2 small idli, one small vada, one poori, two spoons of pongal) provided. No change in the breakfast items for all 3 days. Paid more than 8000INR per day. Highly disappointed. No shoe rack. Noisy fan. Requested for extra bucket but not provided. Money minded. No proper service provided. I request travellers not to go for this hotel. You can go directly and book a room instead of online booking.

Over friendly staff. One of the boys took my car to park and banged to the gate. I was struck w/ o the car. It costed me 12k to repair. And ALSO spoiled my holiday. I paid for two night but due to this incident I checked out in a day. They took the car for repair and just put some painting paches and got the car back. I was so upset. I didn't know what to say. After all this drama the manager never showed up. This hotel is managed by 2/3 young boys . Who don't know anything but to grin. And block your way. Hotel is not bad. But poorly managed. Overall very bad experience for us.

I looked at the hotel and then the room. There is no area for the reception. The building doesn't look like a hotel. It is worse than a lodging house. There is no place for parking. The staff do not have uniforms. The common area was dark and had no air-conditioning. The toilet in the room had a pathetic-looking door. I was wondering how a reputed marketplace can list this hotel. The pictures uploaded in your site have been probably taken in such a way that the customers like me are misled. They do not have a restaurant. I did not stay there. I looked for an alternate hotel and ended up at Le Royal Park using www.makemytrip.com. I stayed there during my last trip to Pondicherry and found them to be good. It was on the expensive side, but I had mental peace. You must delist the property or cap the room charge to Rs. 1800 per night.... that's the best one can think of. It is not a hotel for a person like me.

Bfast wasn’t provided. This hotel doesn’t have a kitchen. I don’t know if we can call it a hotel or should we call it a guest house. Over priced rooms. There is no wifi. Bathrooms are below the standard of a PG room. They don’t provide water bottles, toiletries, towels unless you ask for. No kettle in the room. In short, don’t book this hotel if you’re looking for a hotel experience

Located in Main place of the city so easily accessible for all the places nearby. Terrace facing the beach view. Looks like a fully furnished place and the ambiance was soo good.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff was also friendly and accommodating. The roof top was soo good. Prefect place for the sunrise and opposite to the beach. Easy accessibility and good amenities.

This hotel was a work of art. The architecture was stunning, and the decor was a perfect blend of modern and classic. I was blown away by the attention to detail, from the unique artwork on the walls to the carefully curated amenities. It was truly a feast for the senses. The service is too good. They have a beautiful sunrise view on the terrace. The South Indian breakfast was fabulous.

The sea view is quite amazing, the stay was made feel good by the staffs over there. The floors were so neat and clean. Bathrooms were good too. The best part is the hotel is so easy to access.

The property was so serene and good. The rooms were so spacious. Breakfast was good and the property manager was so attentive towards our queries. The sea view at twilight was really amazing. Surely will stay again here in our future visits to Pondicherry.
