The location was great Eric responded quick for replacing the washing machine. Eric was accommodating.

The wifi did not work at all, the pool was not part of the property despite it being shown on the listing(false advertising), the range hood, washing machine and dryer were not working. The washing machine was later replaced because or clothes got locked in the washing machine. The cutlery in the drawers were all dirty when we arrived. The AC did not work in the rooms, which made it difficult for guests to sleep since it was summer. The agent was initially rude, when we first complained about the pool he said if we wanted we can leave the property, maybe he was having a bad day. Later on the agent was helpful and accomodating but was only able to fix the washing machine and none of the other issues. We were surprised if something actually worked!!
