We had a problem with another appartment we booked that we couldn’t access quite late at night and had to book this one last minute at nearly 10pm and host was brilliant called me straight away about helping with a travel cot etc for my 1 year old, was so helpful in a last minute crisis

We loved that it was only 7 minutes from Harry Potter Studios. That was our goal and the location was perfect.

Location was ideal

The flat was freezing cold and no radiators working and one plug in heater that did not heat up very well. This was bearing in mind that the temperature’s were freezing last night.

the location was great the apartment was clean and very close to the attraction we came down to see. i contacted the owner with a question and she was very friendly

There was mould in the kitchen and a bad smell hits you when you go in , we left after 20 min .

There wasn’t anything I really liked but lounge and bedrooms were acceptable but if I had had time I would of contacted you and looked for somewhere else to stay

Everything, I don’t like to complain but this was shocking, I really did not want to stay here?? It was too late to find somewhere else? We ate a takeaway as would not use kitchen and didn’t use shower as door wouldn’t shut properly and just horrible

The lady I spoke to when we couldn’t find it was very helpful. It had been cleaned and the soft furnishings were all nice. The previous visitors had broken a door but the manager informed me and offered to fix it urgently.

Despite the above the property still smelt damp. Unfortunately I think stylish is an overestimate, it desperately needs a new kitchen all the units were swollen and peeling despite attempts to paint over them. We found a slug in the bedroom and the landing window was broken.
