Great place to stay in ooty... Away from rush... Calm and quite... With beautiful morning view... And the owner mam... Great support frm her.. Considers evey guest as family.. Go for it...A vintage property

Parking is little difficult as we have to reverse vehicle high elevated area

PROS : 1. Location was good. View was amazing!! 2. Owner was trying to make us comfortable. She was sweet.

A big NO for any guest. If you don't care of hygiene and group of bachelors want to go for cheap group stay then go for it. CONS : 1. Very unhygienic place. 2. Owner had her own story of not being able to maintain property, in that case it should be outsourced. 3. There was no hot water at the time of shower as it takes really long time get hot water as water heater was way slow. When i went for shower electricity went off so all my family members had to checkout without shower. 4. All things were smelling something else, felt like a haunted House. 5. There was no street lamp around property. We had to climb up& down without any lights on stairs outside of rooms. Probably that was to save electricity or lack of maintenance. 6. Only one boy who was working as a security guard. Not any other servent to attend you 74 year old lady owner was trying to help for everything. 7. Its Britishers time villa which felt rustic , each corner was dirty. Kitchen was available for name sake. It was utmost dirty and smelling badly. 8. Bed and mattress are of old times so not comfortable. Blanket were stinky.

The property owner Ms Vaisala is a nice warm welcoming lady.

The entrance ramp hump is too huge which impacts vehicle to enter the property premises and parking on the road side needs parking assistance (family or friends) due to narrow rd size
