- the view on the veranda is amazing as it's overlooking Taal - when we arrived, we were greeeted by a lovely lady who is very friendly - has AC in the rooms - there's some potential for improvements for the place if modernised or properly maintained

- we booked the place as we needed a 3-bedroom place, listing said it's 3-bedroom but it only has 2 bedrooms - place is a bit outdated, it looks older than the pictures in the listing - the white patio bulding near the pool outdoors is full of rubbish/ building materials so you wont's be able to hangout there but there's a table and nice rattan swing if you want to hangout - the en suite bathroom in the main bedroom is dirty, both the shower and the tub, also, the toilet does not flush. The toilet and shower in the upper floor is better but water has low pressure - there's no fridge (they provided us with a chest cooler) or cooking appliance available so the only amenity is a tv in the living room. you will have to connect your netflix to be able to watch from it. You also have to ask the host for the username and password for the internet as it wasn't readily available - the room upstairs doesn't close/lock properly - there's a lot of black ants everywhere - we find that the price that we paid for does not represent the quality of the property, luckily, we only stayed for 1 night so we just left early in the morning.
