Beautiful resort with very nice amenities for all ages. Kids friendly facilities with game room and pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Different dining options onsite. The massage/spa service was excellent.

The only part was the faucet and shower in our bathroom will make loud sounds at times when turning on.

部屋から海や海岸線沿いの景色を眺めることができて最高の眺望です。ベットのシーツは本当に心地よい生地で最高です。無料のアクティビティとして、ヨガや太極拳に参加しましたが心身ともにリフレッシュできました。また、ホイアンまでの無料送迎バスがあり利用しました。日系ホテルなので日本人スタッフが数名おり、いざと言うときに安心です。

80m2の広い部屋でしたが、真ん中に大きな木製の枠のソファがありました。スーツケースを広げると歩けるスペースはそれほどなく、私は木製の枠に2回、膝の下をぶつけてしまい出血しました。ソファをもう少し小さくするか、木製の枠をやめるかしないと、多くの方が足に怪我をすると思います。また、多くのベトナム人スタッフは英語が通じません。五つ星ホテルなのに簡単な単語も通じないのは残念に思いました。例えば、オムレツを作ってくれる料理の方に、「ウェルダンで焼いて」と行っても通じません。

Il personale gentilissimo, servizi veloci e efficaci, bravi per trovare le soluzioni adeguate, l’ambiente molto tranquillo. L’acqua della piscina era tiepida, andava bene anche per i bambini. Baby club va bene per 2-5 anni di bambini, le persone erano super carini.

I piatti dei ristoranti e anche la colazione possono migliorare.

Location is very quiet and relaxing, that was exactly what I was hoping for. Perfect size of the property and we loved the well manicured garden, private beach with hammocks under the palm trees, the main pool area and the large Japanese bath (onsen). We were in a 1BR suite on 4th floor and it was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Good and drinks in the restaurants were excellent. Best dinner was the Teppan restaurant. Great breakfast buffet in the main restaurant with lots of hot and cold options. All staff were very helpful and extremely polite (probably the most polite staff we ever met, and compared to many other 5 star hotels and resorts). Lifeguard at beach was very attentive on the days when we could swim in the sea.

Staff were extremely polite but except for the front desk they spoke very little English. In general this wasn’t a problem but it did surprise me since it is a 5 star resort. I had a situation with room service where a I just gave up (trying to order well done hamburgers) and ordered other food. Beach is beautiful, large and clean but be aware water gets deep quickly and sea was pretty rough with big waves (red flag 2 of 4 days) when we visited end of March.

A wonderful five star Beach Resort with very friendly and helpful staff and an extensive breakfast menu to suit all tastes and dietary restrictions like gluten free and vegetarian. Highly recommended. If I visit Hoi An again I’ll definitely stay again.
