Great property with lots of amenities. Beautiful setting by one of the Palmetto Dunes lagoons. Nice pool right around the corner and beach is within walking/biking distance.

What a nice and roomy condo with a beautiful view of the lagoon! We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back deck almost every morning (coffee maker and Keurig provided). Kitchen and living room is very spacious, which makes the place just feel bigger than other places we have stayed on the island - and even in Palmetto Dunes. We rented bikes and rode them to the beach most days - then you don't have to fight for a parking space as they tend to fill up by 11am or so. Word of advice - don't run the dishwasher and dryer during the middle of the day as it's hot down there, and those two things when running would warm up the main areas.

We had an awesome time during our stay at your home. It has always been a pleasure to stay in this villa. Looking forward to booking it for next year.

What a wonderful home to stay at during our short trip to Hilton Head. It was beautifully situated on the waterway. The inside was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It all all you could want for kitchen needs, as well as a very nice washer and dryer. We would definitely book again!

We have stayed at Michael & Nadine’s Villa almost every year we come to Hilton Head. We love the Villa and the area. It always feels like home to us and our Fur babies!

The place was spacious, clean, and literally had everything we could want for our vacation (and we love to cook!). Nadine was a wonderful owner and very helpful. The location is beautiful with a nice deck overlooking the lagoon. We loved our stay here and plan to come back.

We loved the villa we stayed in for five nights. It was perfect for us in every way. Plenty of cooking, grilling, storage space and supplies just for us, but also plenty of room for our own possessions. Comfortable bed, sofas and living room chairs. The very best part about this property was Nadine, the property's owner and manager. She communicated with us before and during our stay. She seemed intent that our stay would be nothing but top-notch ... and it was!

We had the BEST time with our boys and sweet pup. Michael and Nadine are the most caring owners. Their home is fully stocked with anything you could ever need. Very cozy and comfortable. We came in when Hurricane Ian was upon us. Luckily it turned and we had beautiful weather. Thank you for a great Fall Break!

This villa is well maintained and has everything you need for your stay at Hilton Head. It has a peaceful view the the lagoon from the deck. We have stayed in several villas in Palmetto Dunes in the past. This villa exceeded expectations and we would definitely stay there again. Being dog friendly is an added bonus. Nancy, Tom and Maui

Had a great time! Home had everything we wanted, plus some!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location and we were happy we were able to have our dogs with us. The description said there were bikes to use, which when we got there we saw they were not in good shape. We appreciated the owner taking time to fix the situation for us. Thanks again for letting us use the villa!

Wonderful 2 BR gem in Queens Grant! Fully stocked with everything needed for a family of 6. Tastefully decorated, nice furniture and wonderful owners who made sure everything was satisfactory for our stay. Highly recommend this property!

We loved this place, it was very spacious and comfy, organized. We loved the back patio with the view of the creek. We were able to sit out back and watch the wildlife. We saw deer and an alligator. If it were closer to the beach, I'd have stayed longer !

This was just as advertised. Very happy with the stay. Property had everything we needed. House was fully stocked and was an excellent location. Would stay again!

We love the location because it is close to everything. You can walk to the beach or the pool. There are great restaurants within minutes. There is also a great dog park which our dog really enjoyed. The week went by way to fast.

We selected this vacation rental due to it being pet friendly. Unfortunately our little buddy passed before our trip but we know that he would've loved it and was with us in spirit. This was one of the best places that we've had the opportunity to stay at. It exceeded all of of our expectations. The location was perfect for us. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and within a nice walking distance to the beach. We started each morning enjoying our coffee on the deck which overlooks the lagoon and golf course and took advantage of the grill in the evening. The condo itself was very clean and nicely appointed. My favorite part was how fully stocked the kitchen is. It literally has everything you would ever want to meet your cooking needs. Thank-You Nadine and Michael for being such gracious hosts. We appreciated all of your wonderful recommendations. We look forward to having the opportunity to stay at your fantastic place again when we return back to Hilton Head.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa! It’s located in a large community right by the beach with access to a general store, restaurants, bike and walking paths and the beach. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The place is very nice and spacious with a relaxing patio outback.

My family had a wonderful stay at Michael and Nadine's villa. It is located in a beautiful & quiet area, walking distance to the beach, bike trails, tennis/pickle ball courts and a general store. The property was lovely, It was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Nadine's communication is excellent and she is available at any time to answer questions or help. Highly recommend!

The property is excellently located in a cozy neighborhood. Its in great condition and property manager/owner is extremely friendly . The location is great , its few minutes away from basic amenities and fun places. If you are looking for places to relax and enjoy this is one of those.

Loved staying here! The perfect place for our family and puppy’s first beach stay

This condo worked perfectly for our family of four (plus our dog) during fall break. The unit was clean, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet even though the parking lot was unexpectedly full for a mid-October weekend. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lagoon and the grill was it great condition. The beach was about a 10 minute bike ride from the unit. We rented a bike trailer to haul chairs and games to the beach. Nadine was very easy to work with and was sure to check-in with us after we moved in for the weekend. That was much appreciated. I would definitely rent this unit again for a long weekend. Brian

My family and I stayed for a week following my husband’s surgery. The place was just what we needed. It is a very relaxing area. We drove to the beach access and enjoyed walking on the beach. We rescued a turtle and we were escorted in and out of the neighborhood multiple times by a duck pair. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for a true family vacation. Nadine was very helpful.

Great visit!

The Villa has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation! The deck is huge and the way it is situated made it very private. The view is lovely looking over the lagoon and golf course and there is a nice backyard for walking your dog. The pictures of the living area don't really show how large it is. Comfy beds and plenty of thick towels. Easy access to beach. We will definitely be coming back.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for the 4 of us, plus our little dog. Great location - so private and quiet!

We have stayed at Nadine's Villa a couple of times and have always felt at home there. It is always clean and the view is spectacular.

The property was in a beautiful location off the golf course and lagoon.

Very clean, comfortable, large, nicely decorated townhouse with a gorgeous view from the deck. We have stayed in this unit 2 previous years, but this year it is even better than before with the addition of a large TV in the living room, new living room furniture & new flooring throughout. We love it here & appreciate being able to bring our dog. We hope to return next year!
