The hotel was fantastic. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

For a new hotel, the common areas (hallways mainly) appeared not well maintained. A prime example of this was what appeared to be large water stains on the carpets.

Nice clean hotel. Quiet, well maintained. They do not have free parking so has to be street parking

Lights come on automatically based on motion which is annoying when you have a family in the room and someone gets up during night for restroom. There was also a blinking light on smoke detector. And only three towels in room when we’d made a reservation for four (a pet peeve of mine). That said it’s clean and staff was friendly.

The new hotel complex in between Downtown Lansing and East Lansing provides comfort, convenience, and access to the best Mid-Michigan has to offer.

It’s close to msu. Convenient location. Don’t expect a superior service.

Great, new property. I really loved it. The only downer was the check in process- the woman who assisted us seemed really unwelcoming and unhappy. It's a shame as our experience could have been perfect if she was more customer focused.

Loved the whole property! Very well maintained. Restaurants on site and close by. Just minutes away from campus, and walkable to campus.

The staff was excellent! Before we arrived, Pierre said we could leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could take in a local event. We came by train, so we had nowhere to leave our bags. The breakfast was limited, but they corrected the problem. The room was comfortable enough. It took a little effort to figure out how to work the shower handles but it was spacious and clean. The pillows were too soft, but they provided us with some extra to make it work. Dillon, Grace and the other staff were very helpful. The toilet seat was loose but the engineer arrived within minutes to fix it. Everything was clean and energy conscious. We had dinner at Toscano’s and it was so delicious! Carman is an excellent server. Overall, we had a great stay.

The property has a modernist feel to it but lacks character. The room was fine but the TV did not work. The Continental breakfast was good. The location is ok, it's not directly near attractions but not far either.

Asked for housekeeping - did not get any.

I did not like that you were requested to move your vehicle to a lot further away after 10:00 am due to the possibility of you getting a parking ticket.

Very nice hotel BUT the WiFi is an unsecured network which is not good or safe when doing business. I tried to use the 5G but only able to get one bar. This needs to be addressed if I would stay here again.

I did include the breakfast in my reservation and I paid for it through Expedia But the check in personal could not see it
