Courteous and nice staff especially the front desk person.

1) The hotel location on mobile when opened using Google maps shows wrong location! It is nowhere close to White Town or Pondicherry. The incorrect location is because there is a place with same address but different PIN code close to white town. Additionally this property doesn’t appear on Google maps at the time of writing and this causes it to redirect to a favourable location. Feels like being scammed . 2) We paid extra (18k in peak weekend for 3 days) for a room with a balcony and sea view but instead was given a balcony outside the room that was frequently used by other people and no sea view. 3) This room had a big window to a balcony which was covered with a sheer curtain and the entire room was visible from outside by any guest or staff. 4) The size of the rooms is a lie and is nowhere close to what is out on booking.com 5) Very bad Wi-Fi connection and bad network in the area 6) Very noisy with traffic and loud guests 7) Toilet flushes not working 8) No water in the taps in the night and early morning hours 9) No room cleaning was down for entire duration of stay and we had to go and request for basic amenities like towel etc. 10) No fridge (other than one common for entire lodge) or cupboard and the room was small with no amenities. They cancelled our booking when we raised these issues so we can't complain on Booking.com and I am unable ot access my credits and cashbacks. This is after we stayed the entire duration and paid full amount. We left to a different place in the end.

Good stay with clean rooms

Overall it was a good stay rooms are quite big and neat Room has a Android television were we can use YouTube and other websites

We stayed at long weekend time and they prepared the room very neat and clean for us whenever we ask for help the staffs are always ready to help Coffee shops and restaurants are so closer from the guest house which is very helpful The price was a bit higher as it was a long weekend but ur stay was very much satisfied

Rooms were clean

Location is put wrong on Google maps..., it is not in city centre, it is located at periphery... 6-7 km from city centre. Staff is not professional at all. They didn't even have people to put your luggage in the room not they have any lift. They gave us front room. Whole night so much disturbance was there due to traffic on road. Curtains are so sheer that light was coming inside the room Ac did not work the whole night. Not at all value for money. Not at all peaceful
