Friendly service and good breakfast!

The last breakfast was the best I got in the hotel.Friendly staff.Wifi.Clean room.Security is very tight.Thank you for last night pizza😊

Sometimes breakfast was not that good.Ants in the room I could not leave anything over night. Towels are clean but they had stains.

The staff are very friendly and this is very visible right from the reception manager. The location is very convenient near to good restaurants and away from busy Kampala road. The location is perfect and the hotel will even get better as they continue improving on the feedback shared. I would indeed return to stay at Infinity.

Find a way to move some guest rooms away from the kitchen or create a different access. The noise from the Kitchen doesn't enable guests to rest. The gym and spa is perfect. You can add a fitness center it would be perfect. Please try all your staff to ask for "feedback" from guests and not ask for " complaints" asking for feedback is a better approach to engage with your gets so you can get constructive feedback.
