My family had a wonderful time getting together with all of my siblings, mother, spouses, and kids. There were many games and activities for the kids and so much space. The place came equipped with pretty much everything you need. We actually brought too much stuff lol. We truly appreciate the accommodations that were made for my family. Everyone told me to save this home so that we can make this a yearly vacation spot. Thank you again.

We enjoyed our stay tucked away in the countryside, but not far from Helen and surrounding areas. There were plenty of activities for the adults and kids around the area and in the house itself with the fabulous game room! The host was super responsive and very helpful. Recommend staying there!

Great house for our routine family get together. We enjoyed being outside in the large backyard with the smoker cooking away listening to music around the fire pit with the kids and dogs running around playing. The game room was fun and spurred a lot of family competitions. The house was well supplied with everything you need in the kitchen. The host was great, very helpful and responsive.

t’s a grate place to stay with your family and friends with privacy and lot of outdoor space. Everyone loved the game room, specially pinball machine. It was a great place to spend quality family/friend time and make good memories.

Game room was a hit with everyone. There was a very nice pinball machine, good videogame machine, ping pong, darts, foosball. There was a football and a basketball rim as well (bring your own basketball).
Outside there is a great fire pit with lots of wood available. Lots of out door seating too.
Lots of rocking chairs on front porch with many birdhouses to watch.
Propane and wood grills available.
Lots of seating for dinner. Well stocked kitchen.
Had a great time in the house and a great area to visit. Recommend tubing and there are push off sticks at the house.
Only suggestion to the management is that we really could have used more towels but the house was terrific.

It’s a wonderful place to stay with your family and friends, very cozy and felt like home.

Stayed here to visit Helen without having to stay in town. Loved the privacy and outdoor space with plenty of parking space. Outdoor fire pit and smokers were a plus. My family loved the game room specifically the vintage pinball machine. If you are looking for a high end fancy cabin this is NOT it. However it is a decent house with rustic charm, clean and comfortable, and with plenty of provided entertainment and space for dogs if you have them. Definitely recommend this spot as it’s convenient to Helen and Cleveland but still private.

This home was the perfect getaway for our weekend vacation! The house was very clean and so roomy. We had endless activities in the home alone- ping pong and air hockey were a higher hit with our 3 kids. We played tons of board games, watched movies, and enjoyed the hot tub every night! The beds were super comfy too. The location was great- lots of restaurants near by, and super close to downtown Helen! We can’t wait to go back!

This was perfect for our girls get always for Babyland General hospital. There was plenty to do. Things were labeled. The kitchen can with spices and lots of things we didn’t expect. There was something for all of use to do. Would definitely visit here again.

This experience was amazing and there was plenty of things to keep us busy at the cabin. Between the hot tub, game room, giant TV, fire pit, and honestly just the general peace at the property, everything was amazing. We had 10 adults staying at the cabin which worked out amazing, other than the fact that one of the bunk beds has very little room between the bunks, making it unsleepable for any average sized adult. The only complaint that we had was that we were not send the code prior to check-in, especially since we arrived over an hour after check-in began. After that hiccup, there wasn’t any issues and it was amazing. We will definitely be staying again!

We had visited the area for a family wedding. We had the pleasure of housing the groom-to-be and groomsmen at this house. Although we were only there for 2 nights it was such a beautiful home and piece of property. Would stay here again and also recommend it to family and friends. The game room and fire pit were a hit with all of us that stayed. The only things I could give as advice to the owner is the front porch lights (wired and string) did not work which made it hard to see when coming back at night in the dark, there were also a couple of the bricks on the front walkway that were loose and at some point before our arrival the main refrigerator had been turned off on the digital panel and all of the ice had melted and leaked onto the kitchen floor. I would also like to apologize that my son forgot to check the refrigerator for any food and drinks left behind, which there unfortunatley were.
We had left early to catch a flight and he was responsible for clean up and check out.

Great property, well maintained and stocked for a great stay with pots, pans dishes, etc. The only downfall for our family was bunkers in the home,perfect for others. Lots of activities without leaving the property.

My adult cousins and I rented the space during our larger family reunion, and loved it. The game room was super fun, the beds were comfortable, and the other amenities are good. Would return!

The linens were abundant and the beds were comfortable!
The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need that you’d normally grow accustomed to having stocked that you forget to bring. It seems like we normally bring our entire kitchen with us on trips and we didn’t need to bring a thing, right down to the spices, plastic bags, and tin-foil. Used the grill several times and the owners even left us a complimentary S’mores kit for the fire pit. Now that’s quality customer service right there.
Space was comfortable for hosting a large group and we loved the Ping Pong and Arcade in the garage.
Fantastic retreat space for the family. Easy process all around! 5 Stars. Will be returning.
