We have stayed at the property before and it is still in excellent condition. Great location near the morning market, which is great to see in the morning. All round good location and very quiet in the evening and day for that matter. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the service from the staff was excellent in particular we would like to thank TOM at the front desk.

Die Lage direkt am Morgenmarkt und ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Dark Market ist hervorragend. Auch für die morgendliche Zeremonie mit den Mönchen zu erleben ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Der Gastgeber ist überfreundlich und sehr hilfreich.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

Everything ok

The hotel consists of a typical wooden building. There is a nice garden where you have breakfast in the morning. It is located next to the Main Street where the day and night markets take place. The staff is great, special mention to Tom, who is really kind and helpful!

Breakfast is good, just the quality of the coffee (instant coffee) could be improved considering Laos has its own production. They did laundry for us, which was great, still clean clothes came unfolded and rumpled. If will be more convenient to get them folded.

The location was perfect, the daily morning market was outside the hotel, it was very interesting to see the daily life of the local people and to be able to buy tasty food (steamed sweet potato for breakfast, delicious). There was a monastery behind the hotel, and the alms ceremony took place round the corner from the hotel every day, it was super convenient to be able to walk less than 5 minutes to join the ceremony at 5am. The night market was also round the corner, and it was such a wonderful market. Very quiet, sellers don't shout at you or try to pull you into their stalls, it is very calm, not like other markets that get overwhelming with sellers trying to get you to to their stalls. I understand that they want to sell, but it is so off-putting that I end up not buying anything, even though I want to! The night market in Luan Prabang was a pleasure to wander round, and I bought a lot of presents for friends, family, and for myself. There were lots of restaurants, cafes, and street food also just round the corner from the hotel, cash machines, the river was less than 10 minutes walk. Location could not have been better. Tom, the hotel receptionist was super helpful with all our requests, we needed laundry done and taxis, he arranged everything very smoothly. Also helped us with our day trips, he was super helpful and gave us good advice. We had a wonderful stay and loved Luang Prabang, we will go back for sure!

More breakfast choices would have been good. But it was fine if you are pushed for time and need to have some food early before you go out for the day or leave for the airport. Otherwise, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

1) fantastic location, a short walk away from the night market 2) large spacious room with good air conditioning - i was in room 103 3) nice made-to-order breakfast - i had the omelette wt veggies and baguette 4) very friendly receptionist (Tom)

1) everything in LP is a bit more 'rustic' than you think, and this hotel is no exception. 2) bathroom smelt a bit of sewage. there is also no ac in the bathroom 3) LP is a laidback place with no theft etc- so the guy at the reception tends to step out a lot. More often than not, when I came down (esp afternoon or late evenings), there was no one at the front desk and the main hotel door was open. have to wait for the guy to come back 4) Credit card had a 3% charge (which wasnt mentioned in the booking.com reservation)

Great location - morning market & night market are right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, especially Toom who helped us to call Tuk Tuk, book tour, etc. The rooms are also very big and clean.

It is not easy to find the hotel as the street in front of the hotel is the walking street, so the taxi cannot go in there. It is best to tell the taxi to drop off at Wat May Souvannapoumaram, and walk from there (about 2 mins walk).

Superb guest house in the heart of historical center. Comfortable, peaceful and super clean. The receptionist Tom and the other staff members were friendly and always smiling. By far the best guest house we stayed during our trip across Laos

L’accueil est chaleureux, les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables, l’endroit est extrêmement bien situé et calme. Les jeunes hommes de la réception parlent bien l’anglais et nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils utiles et ont fait toutes les réservations dont nous avions besoin.

Great hotel with ideal location. it is located at the morning market and right next to the night market. The hotel's grounds are very beautiful, creating a peaceful feeling for visitors, along with very spacious and fully equipped rooms. Enthusiastic, kind and thoughtful staff always care about customers to create a comfortable feeling. Will recommend this place
