Big room. Maid service not so good

New, modern, clean, friendly employees, safe, good bed, nice shower, convenient.

Nice larger room with new amenities. Filtered water on each floor, bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, lights under the bed, etc. I would stay there again - close to river trails and the University. Lots of taxes per night which is annoying and they put a $75 charge per night for any incidentals which they do not tell you about. Ask for the printed receipt upon check out - I did not get mine via email.

In visiting my hometown, I’m proud of its improvements. It’s a beautifully placed addition to the area.

We will be staying here anytime we’re in Waco! Great hotel and the steakhouse was awesome. We didn’t even realize it had a steakhouse when we booked.

I absolutely LOVED the hotel! The staff was second to none, from the front desk to the maid staff. Everyone was both professional and kind. The rooms were spacious and VERY CLEAN! I loved everything about my experience there. I most definitely will be coming back there again!

Overall, Cambria Hotels are always pretty nice. However, we were VERY disappointed to check in and find out that the pool wasn’t even finished yet. Hotels.com and their website show “pool” in amenities, but don’t note that it’s not operating. Honestly, pools can be a make or break for a summer trip in Texas heat. We had planned on lounging by the pool for a significant amount of time on that trip, so it was a big downside. I honestly wish we’d got a refund and gone elsewhere.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful view. The only downside was the pool was under maintenance.

Staff was SO kind and friendly. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. I was really impressed! The “sofa bed” was actually a twin size daybed—firm but comfortable bed. We will be back, y’all!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic as well, easy walk over the suspension bridge to DT Waco, tons of shops and restaurants. The pool area wasn't quite finished while staying but it looks incredible. Nothing remotely negative to mention, definitely would recommend to all!

This is a hidden gem. Beautiful new hotel with sophisticated decor and intriguing artwork. Absolutely top-notch service, dining, and comfort. Truly has the "wow" factor. Just as nice as any five-star hotel I have visited in metropolitan cities. Personnel are exceptionally helpful and intelligent.

New hotel, very modern but done cheaply. Staff pleasant, bar area nice. Room large but with cheap furnishings and very little bright lighting, shower/tub old fashioned for a modern hotel. Only issue really was the ever present smell of poo in the room in the afternoons and through evening. Amazing to think it’s assiciated to The Hotel Indigo which is a superb hotel. If you’re easy going, then could don’t be put off.

We were very pleased with how pretty and comfortable the room was. Enjoyed the BLVD restaurant for brunch.

Lovely, new hotel in a great location! Highly recommend it. I’ll stay here again!!
