Ikke lydisolert. Rommet var ved resepsjonen og det hørtes ut som vi satt i samme rom. Ingen vinduer Kunne vært bedre renhold. Speilene og hyllene på badet var ikke vasket. Ikke heis. Lange trapper å bære bagasjen opp på ...........

The location of the hotel makes it perfect if you have an early ferry to Tioman. There are lots of restaurants/options to eat very close as well as supermarkets. The check in was excellent and the gentleman at reception was efficient and very friendly. When the lights refused to work in our room, he came straight away and sorted the problem immediately. We needed 2 rooms for the night and to be able to sleep before the ferry. We got what we paid for. The price is reasonable.

One room smelt of cigarette and to our surprise, there were no windows in the rooms. Our room did not have a plug near the bed, which was inconvenient to charge devices.

The bedding seemed clean, potentially new. Staff were friendly and let us store our bags behind the counter once we'd checked out, until our next transfer.

Room smelled very damp and dusty. Walls had splatters and grub all down them. Alive flies in the kettle. 2 showers (electric and wall based) in wet room. Electric shower did not work and the electrical connections were really dangerously set up. Fan in wet room didn't work and made a sizzling noise when the bathroom light was on. Wet room ceiling was damp/paper peeling/discoloured. No toilet paper or shower gel/shampoo. Towels were grubby (think they had been washed but were grubby). Most bits of furniture were damaged and bad quality/hanging off wall. Deposit paid was too high considering the status of the room RM50) . Our room was next to the reception area and we could hear videos on phones/laughing most of the night.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach aber hatte mit Bett, Dusche und WC alles was man braucht. Für eine Nacht ganz ok.

Das Zimmer war ungemütlich und als wir ankamen war das Badezimmer noch komplett nass. Spätestens beim Duschen wird aber sowieso wieder alles geflutet. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben der Reception und extrem ringhörig. So hörten wir am Abend spät als andere Gäste ein- und ausgingen. Ausserdem hat der oder die Angestellte um 1 Uhr morgens gehämmert und so laut TV geschaut, dass wir kaum geschlafen haben.

Comfortable budget hotel, room very clean, spacious, value for money. Near to the jetty Mersing. We have a good rest after back from tioman. Easy to access, have a self service laundry, restaurant 24hour and 7eleven. Staff also very friendy.. just ask for the hairdryer at the reception.

New aircond, clean room, nice room and spacious. Near to Mersing jetty ( 400m by walking distance ) Definitely will come back. Hotel in the centre of Mersing town.
