Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff was very responsive, they'd give us extra towel or shampoo whenever we asked. Ladies at lobby were also very gracious and helpful.

Shuttle bus, paid meals, no room service without us being present and loud people in hallway until midnight was disappointing. Shuttle bus didn't leave hotel unless every seat was full and unless there were at least 20 people standing in the bus. Bus was very cold (18C) and many people were coughing. We had light clothes due to 37-39C temperatures and the more we stayed in the bus, it caused more people get sick. One driver was extremely careless. He almost crashed into woman in front of the bus. One night after that incident, fights erupted to get into the bus because no bus had come for more than 1 hour, people were tired. Bus ride from hotel to haram took around 45-50min and ride back to hotel around 25min. Reviews online stated "breakfast / dinner was delicious", we assumed meal served. Meal was not served at all. on our last night, they put fliers offering breakfast and dinner. Dinner was 50SAR per person. It was buffet and food was really delicious so 50SAR was well worth it but we were under impression there will be meal so that was disappointing. We left "room cleaning" sign on and left hotel. When we came back, we found out room wasn't cleaned. When asked, cleaning crew informed us that it was hotel policy that room would only be cleaned if guests present so we waited in the room while they changed sheets. Walls are thin so you can hear most the noise. On our first night, next room people let their kids stay until 4AM so they were very loud, playing shouting yelling. Other nights, cleaning crew were shouting at each other in hallway at midnight.

الغلاية الكهربائية غير جيدة من الداخل ... غطاء مقعد الحمام لا يثبت جيدا في وضع الفتح ... عدم وجود قناة كرتون للأطفال وبس 😊 لكن فيما عدا ذلك ممتاز والله ما شاء الله لا قوة إلا بالله اللهم بارك لهم
