Great, clean, well-furnished condo right on the beach in a convenient location! The condo had everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a couple boogie boards for kids to ride on the waves. You can hop on the elevator, go down to the pool, and from there a staircase leads straight to the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than half a mile away and it's just a short drive to Flagler Ave to spend some time exploring. You have the beach pretty much to yourself at this location vs a much busier area down the road at Flagler. The host was pro-active in reaching out before we arrived and making sure there were no issues after we checked in. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

From my first contact with the owner to this review, everything about this stay has been spot-on perfect. It is obvious that Brandi and her family take great pride in their property and anticipate guests needs and wants. We will definitely return and look forward to another delightful stay.

This rental is as amazing as it looks and sounds! Having two floors with ocean-facing balconies allows for all the more relaxed ocean viewing. The decor is beautiful and the serene blue walls match the sunny blue sky right outside those balconies. The rental was so clean and smelled great upon arrival. Brandi was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. We also appreciated just how well stocked this rental was, with not only every kitchen dishware, utensils, and bowls, but also with paper products (toilet paper, paper towels,etc.) and soaps at every sink. By far the most beautiful interior decorated, clean, and generous supplies of any rental I have stayed at. And have I mentioned those ocean views... :-) Wonderful, relaxing vacation for my mom and I. Highly recommend!

This is a condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The views from the decks are wonderful!

Visiting family at Christmas

This place is a gem. Great location and very clean with plenty of comfy seating and well appointed kitchen. Nice set of beach equipment. Host was easy to get a hold of and very nice. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful condo that was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed. We enjoyed how comfortable and convenient our stay was. We loved that the bedrooms were upstairs with the master overlooking the ocean. Lou was a kind and gracious host and responded quickly to anything we needed.This was our first time to New Smyrna Beach and this rental and we will be back.

Geeat Place to Stay

We stayed here for several nights while we moved our son into Embry-Riddle. The property exceeded our expectations, with amazing coastal views, great pools, and access to the beach. The property was tastefully renovated and was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to respond and provide check in and check out details. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Great family time. Couldn't be any closer to the beach. Great acces to beach and pool. Close to everything, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, church, etc. Condo supplied everything one could want. Owners very responsive, great people. Condo clean, in a very secure and safe area. Loved the sunrises and sunsets that glowed off the clouds. Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful oceanfront condo. Above and beyond as far as cleanliness and updates throughout the condo. The host was quick to respond to all my questions. The check in process was easy and carefree. We will definitely stay here again.

Stopped by for a few days after a travel basketball tournament in Orlando. The property was exactly what we expected from the reviews and pictures. Perfect for relaxation and rest. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds slept great! Very comfortable. Great condo for our family of 4!

This is a great condo in New Smyrna Beach. Owners were very helpful, and the condo has been totally renovated. All the appliances were first rate. We look forward to staying here again.

Here are the pros - proximity to beach, large kitchen, comfy furnishings, lots of beach amenities, and a quiet location. Cons - the living room did not appear to be vacuumed

We stayed a week at Lou and Wendy's condo. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. The pools were great and the ocean view from the balcony was fantastic! Can't wait to visit again!

2 Balconies facing the Ocean with the ability of watching the sun rise. Had the most fantastic stay and such amazing surroundings! Not enough words to explain what a great time the family and I had. Property was better than i imagined so much included and provided! Fantastic internet! I can't say enough great things! Loved it!

We have been vacationing in the NSB area for over 10 years. This accommodation ranks amongst the best. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The recent interior renovation was nicely done including quality flooring, well-appointed kitchen cabinets with granite counters and quality appliances. The bathrooms had quality fixtures and the exhaust fans were powerful enough to well ventilate the moisture. The televisions were good size, exceptional quality and included cable and wireless internet service. The living room furniture was fairly comfortable, but when it's time to replace the swivel arm chairs, I would prefer recliners. The additional perks included dimming ceiling lights, coded entry door lock, a couple comfortable high balcony seats with side table, beach implements including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Finally, the washer and dryer, although a bit noisy, worked well as did the air conditioning system. The Pelican Complex was in extremely good condition, including new sliding doors, refinished balcony floor surfaces and fresh exterior painting. The pools and surrounding furniture were great, including the gas BBQs. The surrounding grounds were in excellent condition and the stairwells, elevators and public balconies clean and well kept. Parking availability was great and beach access very convenient. Lou and Wendy were always pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to our inquiries. We would have no reservations in renting from them again in the future.

Overall, we were very happy with all aspects of the town home. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. The owners communicated very quickly and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that all went well. They have done a very nice job creating a home away from home and we would certainly recommend this place.

Townhome was perfect for a quick get away. Hosts thought of everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is ideal for daily walks on the beach and pool side relaxation.

This condo was amazing. It was spotless clean. Beautiful furnishings. Was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Right on the beach - awesome ocean views. If you choose to stay here you will not regret it! We only have one suggestion and this has noting to do with the condo itself. The Pelican resort should seriously consider building a handicap ramp on the other side of the steps going down to the beach.

This is our second time staying at Pelican and first time in one of the townhouses. This two story townhouse provides completely unobstructed ocean views from both the living space and the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have king sized beds and provided enough space that even our sideway sleeping kids could share a a room comfortably. The condo invites you to relax by providing ample space to unpack and unwind and if your traveling with your kids the 2 stories gives some separation so that you can spread out. Since it’s an end unit/penthouse those traveling with children will appreciate not having neighbors on one side or above you. It is a bit more work to get upstairs with supplies or for bathroom/lunch breaks while at the pool (since there are no shared bathrooms poolside). The trade off for being higher up with this unit would be the amazing view, fully stocked kitchen/linen closet, thoughtful renovations, and lovely owners. Everything from laundry detergent, sunblock, beach chairs, garbage bags, and a dish drying rack were provided. We really appreciated that we could spend the first day stocking up on food but not immediately needing to rush to the store for everyday staples. My husband really liked that there weren’t a bunch of knick knacks and tchotchkes lying around. There were a few light and tasteful decor items so you didn’t feel like you were moving into someone else’s lived in and cluttered space. This townhouse is airy and bright and seems to be one of the nicest units within Pelican. As an added bonus there was little traffic and not a single car parked on the beach in front of the complex during our stay. Waking up in bed with only the ocean view in sight we knew we had made a good choice with this rental. The owners really set you up to feel at home and at ease. We had a wonderful stay!

This property was wonderful for our 2+ month stay on the beach. It was clean, remodeled and exactly as pictured & stated on the website. We had no issues. The owners were very nice and checked in with us online periodically to see if all was going well. The Pelican property is very nice and this unit was a fabulous "home away from home" to escape the northern winter. I would not hesitate to book again!

This condo is absolutely wonderful! This is our second January stay. We loved every minute of it. Super clean. Excellent location. Amazing views. Lou and Wendy are great to work! Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit had everything you could need and more. It is about 1.5 miles to Flagler street, while technically walkable it is a bit of a stroll. We were concerned about hurricane damage, there is some, but not too bad. The pools are open, but only the main entrance was open when we stayed in December 22. If the gate near the unit was to reopen that would be really convenient. Hosts were helpful, would stay here again.

Highly recommend this condo rental! It is newly renovated and exceeded our expectations! Fabulous beach front views from balconies in this 2 story condo. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and has everything you will need for a relaxing beach vacation. Our family of four were very comfortable and greatly enjoyed our stay for a week over the New Year Holiday. We loved it, and did not want to leave. Hoping to rent again in the future. 5 Stars
