We love the location it is near the top destinations in the area of Al Ula.

There are no baby coat , and the main road before the enterance to the resort need to be improved and lookaftet

The rooms are well maintained and clean

1. There was no restaurant open during checking. Hence I had to go to another resort to have lunch. I wish that was pointed out before. 2. There were no recreational and activity areas for kids.

المنتجع غير نظيف حجزت غرفة بناء على الصور في بوكينج ولما شفناها انصدمنا من انعدام النظافة رائحة المجاري في الحمام مروعة الأثاث قديم وغير نظيف المفارش غير نظيفة السجاد على الارض قذر الستارة مقطوعة وحتى المطل كان صدمة الشباك مرتفع لازم أوقف وأفتحه عشان أشوف الحبل بزاوية صغيرة جدا طبعا رفضت اجلس فيها ولا دقيقة وطلبت بتغييرها فورا وكنت بأبلغ بوكينج لاني صورت الغرفة واخذونا لغرف ثانية نفس الشي كلها غير نظيفة حتى المراية لم تنظف والطاولة بعد اللي قبلنا متروكة بلا تنظيف الشي الجيد ان احد الموظفين نقلنا من الغرفة الكارثية وأخذنا لغرفة افضل إلى حد ما في النظافة وذات مطل اجمل لكن للأمانة المنتجع يحتاج تنظيف وتجديد الأثاث الموضوع يجب ان يتدخل فيه هيئة تطوير العلا لانه وجهة سياحية لكثير من المواطنين والسياح وللأسف مهمل ويحتاج اهتمام وسوف أوصل شكواي لهم

The internet gets cutoff because the tower is frequently out of service.

位置优越，去景点都在30分钟内，员工专业和热情，性价比高，住宿环境也舒适，床很舒服

枕头需要多2个，饭菜需要多样化一些，房间需要梳头的梳子，大床房只有一条浴巾不合理，应该安排两套用品，因为大床房一般是夫妻一起住

موقع المنتج جميل جدا

للاسف هناك تشوه بصري مزعج وعدم اهتمام بالمنتجع ومرافقه ليس هناك مراعاة لهوية المكان بالاضافة لتلويث المكان بالتسليك الكهربائي الظاهر والاضاءة الصارخة المزعجة للعين والكراكيب المنتشرة في كل مكان والتعدي الصارخ على بيئة المكان اثاث المنتجع قديم جدا ومتهالك وغير مريح ولا يتناسب مع هوية المكان من الواضح جدا أن من قام بتصميم المنتجع لا يفقه شيء في التصميم الموقع والتضاريس الجبلية للمنتجع لو وظفت توظيف صحيح لاصبح وجهة سياحية فريدة تُقصد حقيقة مؤلم مؤلم مؤلم جدا ما رأيته من عدم اهتمام بالمكان وعدم معرفة قيمته التاريخية المنتجع بحاجة الى مختصين حقيقيين لاعادة بنائه وتطويره أتمنى الاستفادة من منتجع هابيتاس وبانيان تري ومخيم مسارات (في العلا) والاستفادة من خبرتهم في مراعاة هوية المكاان

The next day if our journey, they did not clean the room. No hot water in the shower.

لم يعجبني شي للأمانه. مخيب للامال. منتجع قديم ورث ولم يتم تجديده او تطويره. ومع ذلك سعره مبالغ فيه مقابل ما يقدم. لا انصح فيه بتاتاً. الفطور كان جيد حتى اكون منصف.

الاثاث قديم ورديئ. كراسي البلكونه سيئه جدا بلاستيكيه من ارخص أثاث لا ترتقي لمنتجع بهذا السعر. الخصوصيه في البلكونه معدومه. مرتبة السرير متعبه وسيئه جداً. انا محبط أن يكون مثل هذا المنتجع في هذا المكان الجميل (العلا) وبسعر مرتفع ويكون بهذا السوء.

Place is on beautiful place between mountains, it ‘s peaceful place for relaxing and enjoying.

- Unbelievable location, incredible natural beauty. - Very well-taken-care-of hotel, the room was great, spacious, and extremely clean (especially considering it's in the middle of the desert). - The furniture is new, the beds were comfortable, there are nets on the windows for bugs, and the A/C was strong and quiet. - The breakfast is decent with some variety, good enough to start the day exploring, and great service. - The people at the reception and restaurant were very nice. - There is a really nice walking/hiking path behind the hotel, a good spot for some quick stargazing/astrophotography at night (although you need to drive about 1h north for actual dark astrophotography locations). - Overall, an excellent value for money (costs about 1/6th of the other hotel options in the area). I had an excellent time and there was almost no regret about picking this place to stay for 4 nights.

- The bathroom had a weird smell in it. Not terrible, something like humidity, and the A/C would not cover the bathroom area (so it was very hot). Some ventilation would help. - There was a WiFi issue that was fixed after my first day. The staff were all excellent to help with that. It would be better to merge all the WiFi networks into one (rather than having to connect to each one separately when you move). - The breakfast is very good, but lacks some variety to be "perfect" - the omelette station is great, the hot food was OK (add 1-2 more options maybe). There weren't enough cold options. Also, it was not very hygienic (bread, cheese, etc were uncovered and I saw insects all over them. In general, it was decent, but it's very easy to improve it and make it much better. - I couldn't even find the pool, and whenever I asked it was closed (mornings-evenings), so probably could use some improvements in that area. Building an outdoor pool would be excellent. - The worst thing is the road to get there, the last 4-5km are really bad dirt road. You don't need a 4WD car though, any car can do it, but it's an annoying and bumpy drive. It's a little better than the Elephant Rock dirt road. It needs to be fixed - not necessarily with asphalt, but just thicker gravel to make sure you can't get stuck in the sand, and smoothen it out so that there isn't this annoying vibration as you go over the narrow wiggles. As a tip to anybody driving there, it's actually easier to use the momentum and go at 30-50kph rather than struggle at 10-20kph as I saw many cars do.
