Stayed 6 nights, only one day they cleaned the room.It was to be every other day. Breakfast not good.

Check in was a disaster. Midnight crew was in training, I get that, the problem was fixed the following day. However how it was originally handled was not professional. 1. I was told I already checked in. 2. I was told they gave my reservation to another guest— yet under my name. 3. Check in took longer than 30 minutes just to give me a different room (at 1 am with no other customers is night). 4. They had credit cards and names all mixed in their system. 5. Staff clearly did not verify names with licenses or card on file. 6. I had to talk to and reach out to the manager on day shift instead of the other way around. Ensuring that I wasn’t paying for someone else’s stay. They did follow up through out the day which was appreciated. 7. Asked for additional conditioner as ours was out and never got it. Rooms were cleaned every other day or so which was nice. 8. Pool was nice but floors extremely wet with no great draining of the puddles. 9. Breakfast was decent.

First of all, front desk staff are impeccable - so very very nice and accommodating and friendly. Hotel is new, very nicely located in the Hyde Park area. So many restaurants and stores nearby just off the walking trail. Loved the pool in the hotel! Did my laps everyday. So clean and nice. Thumbs up for the free breakfast too!

I liked the property and the room. Breakfast was ok, although the lady that handles it was rather rude when I tried to use the same tongs for my sausage and eggs. She spoke to me like I was a child. The room was not ready when I arrived 15 minutes prior to 3pm (normal check in) and I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until my room was complete. In the 5 nights I was there my bed was not changed or made, and I only had ONE day that my garbage and towels were done. My boss did use Expedia so it literally had me have to check in and out 3 times. I was promised yesterday morning my bed would be changed and the room cleaned. I was gone from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm. and I walked into an untouched room AGAIN. I was told housekeeping was already gone for the day. The gentleman at the front desk did bring me up clean towels. However, I am pretty sure I will never stay here again when I come in for business or pleasure. The room was not cheap, and the fact that I never got a room clean in 5 nights is despicable.

Hotel was super clean, staff was wonderful and breakfast was great. Easy checkin/check out.

Brand new space conveniently located! Love the cruelty, free amenities in the shower and the breakfast bar was great! Be aware they charge for parking.

The hotel itself was great. Staff friendly unfortunately at least 7 vehicles had windows broken out in parking area. Obviously there is an issue as I saw problems on previous reviews for parking area.

Very nice hotel but charging $5.00 for parking in a nearly empty lot is ridiculous.

I enjoyed breakfast selection in the morning. I also like the friendly front desk staff.

Great hotel if you are traveling with a dog. There is a nice walking/bike path behind the hotel that is easy to access. Staff was accommodating. Service was friendly.

Close to shopping

I think it’s ridiculous to pay $5/night for parking. Just put it in the nightly rate or don’t charge. The beds were way too soft

We came to town for the Reds game with our kids (4 and 2) and it was such a perfect place to stay just a 10-12 min drive to the game, near by breweries we love, and shopping near by! The breakfast the next morning was EXCELLENT. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Do not stay here my car along with 20 others got there windows busted out and broken into. Hotel done nothing to accommodate us after. Bad area!

Room is exactly as presented on website. Very clean. Breakfast had a great selection, different from others I’ve stayed in. Swimming pool was clean and presentable. Front desk was always available. Everything about this hotel was giving a welcoming atmosphere.

Stay was wonderful. Was clean. Staff was friendly. Only downfall, was you had to pay for parking.

The overnight lady was really nice and helpful to me but the desk lady in the morning was extremely rude. I asked for a 12PM check out and she refused to give it to me. Also I was overcharged for my room even though i paid everything up front.

Carol who runs the kitchen has the cleanest kitchen of all the Hampton’s we ever stayed at. She was also extremely helpful to me. Such a kind soul!

Loved this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and loved the "to-go" packs.

I lived in neighborhood as was being built. This is a very good addition to neighborhood. Good to have ability for people to stay in this area when visiting. Hotel staff was very helpful. Parking was easy.

I felt like they were overwhelmed with two other people checking in. Was not really greeted, then the extra charge to park in their lot was not expected or stated onsite. Then came back later to park and nothing was close to park in there lot. A lot of cars didn’t have lot tags nor could park in between the lines. If you’re going to charge to park have some type of service to reserve the spots your charging for. I have never ever had to park in a hotels lot. Will not stay there again.
