Welcome and friendly check in, cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. All members of staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely view of the tower from our room. Enjoyed our stay and looking to come back next year.

Extremely comfortable hotel and excellent value for money .. in room facilities included fridge, Ironing board, safe, hair dryer with the best shower ever…… coupled with friendly staff and an absolutely superb breakfast at a decent price means we will be back

There was nothing wrong with my room corridor that was well presented and very clean. My issue is the staining on the corridor carpets this appears to be done by the cleaning staff as I witnessed one cleaner accidentally knock over a class which was full of liquid which was she made no attempt to clean the carpet this was still stained at the end of my visit.

Good location as well as lovely accomodation

The overall stay was great, however in Room 416 there was a constant hum throughout the room from underneath on the next floor. Otherwise very good.

I couldn't fault our stay at this hotel, from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and most helpful and gave great service with a smile. The room was lovely and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Blackpool

Outstanding. Clean. Spacious. All staff friendly.

There was no feedback forms in the room, but the staff and the room was perfect.

We had booked a 3 night stay and everything was better than expected so much so that we tried to stay on in the room we had. Unfortunately it was already booked. We went online and got an offer for a top floor room. We moved up after breakfast and went out for the day. When we got back we became aware of an electrical/machinery noise. On contacting reception we were allocated a room on another floor. In compensation, we were given complementary breakfast for our next 2 mornings. The help and assistance received from Jack was exceptional and really smoothed a difficult situation.

It set in an ideal place convenient for every thing Blackpool has to offer. Tha staff are excellent nothing is problem for them . Breakfast is always excellent help your self.

New hotel with excellent facilities

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Also there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket so very handy. Also there’s the North station tram stop which is a great way of travelling, download the Blackpool travel app and buy daily tickets etc Breakfast in the hotel is buffet style and offered a big selection of items. I was there during the illumantions so sadly trams stopped operating to the hotel from 7pm I decided to walk back just after 10pm and was stopped several times by certain individuals looking for cash assistance. So unlike me either get a taxi back or find the local bus as there is bus stops at the hotel door.

A lovely stay at Holiday Inn, the staff were all so friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was busy but well organised with foods being continually topped up and lots of choice. Would definitely stay again.

U was made to feel welcom when u walked through the door staff was really friendly The staff and management in the dinning part for breakfast was really good and friendly made it feel good to be thier alway their to help u and if wanted anything would help u get it always add a smile on their face cant wait to go back again next year

Lovely Clean hotel staff very helpful we booked for breakfast and was a good choice also nice and hot We didn’t get clean towels the next day even though I left on the floor for a change of towels as requested and no top up of tea and coffees otherwise a very nice stay

Fantastic hotel. Two adults and a teenager in one room (double and sofa bed). Comfy beds. Very soundproof - couldn’t hear the trains or the storm that hit during the night! Breakfast was plentiful and staff very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again. Very convenient location, clean and comfortable.

It’s a well managed hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend over other hotels in Blackpool I’ve previously stayed at.

It would be great if they can arrange two rooms which I requested on the same floor.

The staff were excellent, kind and attentive. The rooms were great and clean. Lots of shops and easy to access. Trams to go pleasure beach etc was just nearby. And also Blackpool north station was just a minute walk from the hotel.

Only opened since May, so a sparkly clean and modern Holiday Inn. All very convenient as it’s now next to a tram terminus and next to the train station and across the road is a car park. Very happy with our stay - just a slight niggle with staff who whilst were hard workers, they seemed at times to be uncoordinated between themselves - maybe they’re still feeling their way. Did find it a bit odd to get the room serviced in the early evening. But all in all, a great stay.
