Lovely night during a London layover.

Check in was smooth as butter. The nice gentleman at the counter walked me to the door to the hallway to my room, a very nice touch. The room was a bit colder than I prefer, and when I attempted to turn the heat on it blew cold air. Overall, this was a VERY reasonable cost hotel for the amenities. HUGE bathtub, big room, comfortable bed and pillows. If you are trying to stay close to London Heathrow Airport give this one a go! Head up: The hotel has recently rebranded or was bought by B&B or a similar name. There is no "Colnbrook Hotel" name anywhere on this build and that made directions and my arrival confusing at first.

This was evidently a newly remodeled room. There were very few electrical outlets and no charging ports. There was no box of tissues. I had a cold and had to blow my now into toilet paper. ugh. There are no convenience stores in the area and there was no shop or even a vending machine in the hotel for a snack or a forgotten necessity. No ice either. The desk clerks were nice but gave conflicting information about what was in the neighborhood for restaurants (Indian and Thai, not my preference when traveling). Luckily there is Uber Eats becasue this hotel had nothing. Nothing. Very disappointing. Hospitality? Nope. Barely a room. And no house phone, you can't even call the desk to ask a qustion. In all, no, I would not stay there again.

We stayed here the night before our flight to the USA the following morning. The staff were very polite and even though the hotel was having renovations, it didn't affect our stay. The room was comfortable for our needs and was outside the ULEZ zone, which was a bonus, as we didn't want to have to pay 4 lots of ULEZ. Instead we only had to pay for 2 lots at £12.50 each. The hotel was also opposite a pub that had a Thai restaurant inside. We would definitely book this hotel again, if we needed to fly from Heathrow

Good option 5 mins drive from Heathrow. Parking was availalb,e but I parked on the street 2 mins away. There is apub right across the street that does Thai food.THe sound insulation is excellent, I did not hear a thing, even though it's right under the flightpath.

Very good service from reception staff. Good sized room, firm and comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. It was really quiet at night. A great hotel to stay for a night after a 40 hour journey from Australia to the UK. Plenty of clean towels. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron in the room. Great sized bathroom nicely fitted out and with both a tub and shower. Complimentary toiletries. I would recommend this for a stay either before or after a flight from Heathrow Airport.

It was very close to Heathrow altho there was no noise. The buses were regular and took you straight into the terminal. The beds were a bit hard for me but thats a personal preference, staff were helpful and polite and the place was clean. Ideal for the night before an early flight.

Great location and accessible to shuttles to/from LHR. The front desk service was hospitable and the room amenities were on point. I would definitely stay there again. Also to have the late checkout option for just £10 until 2pm was a .

Parking was convenient. Gentleman at check in was very kind. Never received room key.

Good property, not much to do in the area, but this is a great place to stay if you have a flight the next day.

It is a nice hotel located very conveniently to catch an early flight or have a rest after a very late flight. It is easy to get to terminal 5 by Heathrow shuttle or line 730.

Hotel is renovating and the airconditioning of the hotel does not work while the windows cannot be opened. The room was very hot (2 august 2024). The staff, although friendly, first pretended it was okay knowing the contrary.

Great hotel near Heathrow T5 and easy access with HOtel Shuttle. Reception was super polite and friendly.

Nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good cleanliness standard. The hotel has got nice vibes and the stay was pleasant. Staff were helpful and kind. The only problem was A/C unit that dod not even to be working properly so the room was too hot.

The staff member on arrival was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was undergoing construction whilst we stayed. Though this did not cause any noise it was an inconvenience as the stairwell was taped up and wet paint signs were everywhere. One of the lifts was faulty and had no out of order sign. The bathroom, in particular the toilet was not very clean on arrival. The bedroom area was fine.

The Colnbrook London Heathrow Airport Hotel is very conveniently located close to Heathrow Airport. It is also a short drive to Windsor and is a few minutes from the quaint old village of Colnbrook. The hotel room was pleasant, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast and underground parking were available for an extra fee.

The hotel had a beautiful updated renovation of the lobby and dining area. Our room was clean, comfortable and furnished well. I took a star because our room needed better air conditioning & a built in USB outlet. The staff were very nice. It was a perfect location to catch an AM flight.

Had to go back to reception as only one towel in the room. Staff very unfriendly. Was upset to be charged £15 to park our car as no mention of this when we booked. The ad said parking available and we assumed we could just park. No mention of any charges until we checked in. Had we known we would not have booked this hotel.

The room was stuffy and hot. The AC in the room did not work. They charged 15 GBP for parking and other hotels in the area do not.

The hotel and stuff was great but the room a/c was broken therefore very hot.

It was amazing. Excellent reception though ongoing renovation of the facility. Important they have a functional restaurant. Very neat hotel and meets my need. Hope to be back.

It was what it was. Filled the need.

Great Hotel, We have been staying here often over the last 3 months. It’s a very quiet & clean hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic, every single one of them from the cleaners to the fantastic manager. The manager is a star at this hotel. Such a great lady! I’d recommend staying here. 5 stars from me
