There were several terrible guests on the floor I was staying (I stayed there for 4 nights). I think they were influencers or just some kind of people who loves party and shooting movies of everything they do. They were very loud at 3pm and shouting to each other as if there was nobody sleeping on that floor. I am just sick of those childish people. I called the front desk and ask them to request those people to be quite. It took quite long time until I (and other normal/adult guests who just wanted to sleep) get the silence back. My overall experience with this hotel is not meeting the value of what I paid.

I had to stay outside the city during UNGA for an affordable room. This hotel had just opened and was very clean and comfortable. It was not convenient to the subway but easy to get an uber to the subway.

It's a great quick hotel near the airport, but not at the airport (so noise is substantially reduced). FYI: This building isn't finished as of Oct 17, 2024. 2 of 3 elevators being worked on, and water pressure is weird (toilet tank won't fill unless the water in the sink is opened twice... very strange code you have to figure out when nature calls). The staff was great and the place was clean. Just setting expectations.

This is a beautiful new hotel. It’s in an area that looks a little bit sketchy but I felt safe and comfortable there.

Really nice and clean new hotel. Downsides - car is the only reasonable transportation available - the road can be a bit noisy for sensitive sleepers Other than that absolutely no issues

I was very happy with my stay there as it was very clean, the bed was super comfy, the window in the room was huge giving the best view of the skyline. The breakfast was nice and hot, the staff was super friendly. Lots of restaurants in the area but not really a walk friendly neighborhood. I definitely will use this hotel as a regular place for me to stay
