We were going to I’m basketball game and growing up in ky staying here was a big deal. Our first room had roaches and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. They moved us no problem but the next room had no water pressure so it was almost impossible to shower. Just expected more from Hyatt.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt! Arrived in very late after 10 hours on the road with a 3 year old toddler in tow. Staff was super friendly and accommodating! My son LOVED the scenic views of Triangle Park at night.

I had a problem with my booking, all of my fault. The front desk, Peter especially, was INCREDIBLY helpful! The room was comfortable and was clean. I'd stay there again!

Decent enough, although a few things could definitely be improved upon. The room was a bit worn - the toilet ran (the flapper looked like it hadn’t been replaced in 5 years and ran every couple of minutes…the safe didn’t work, either)…the gouge was on price wise because the Keeneland meet was ongoing…definitely not a $300/night hotel.
Nice bar/restaurant downstairs and the valet guys were great.

The bed was wonderfully soft. Rooms were quiet. Toilet had issues but eventually flushed. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our stay was okay yesterday are room not cleaned at all! The food was okay! The staff was friendly! When I checked out I asked for a receipt of my stay they said they would email it to me and I have yet to receive one!

Room and bathroom were clean. The room was very nice, but a little bit noisy. I'm pretty sure it was next to the housekeeping closet/room, at least that's what it sounded like. Very friendly staff and within a very short walk to several bars and restaurants.

Nice, clean hotel close to everything. Parking was very convenient for downtown and free. Room was nicely updated recently. Comfy bed. We’d stay there again.

We had a one night stay in Lexington for an event. Selected this hotel because of the proximity to the venue. Hotel staff were very friendly, great location to walk to dinner, venue, etc., and room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

We have stayed the last two Saturday nights. Both times at check in, Peter was on duty. He made an off hand comment about my billfold the first time. It was something about it being thoroughly used. Then this Saturday night, he and another coworker were joking around and he acted like we were good friends that went way back. It was not professional either time. My husband was very upset about his flirtatious behavior towards me. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable. Not sure we will be back though due to him making us uncomfortable.

Clean and i didnt have to leave the hotel for the conference center! Perfect location.
