We stayed 2 nights, the first night w as a wonderful. Went back because we liked so much the first night. However, the staff at the desk were not welcoming as the first night. We were given a room on a lower floor it was smoky and musty.

Checked in very late. Roger welcomed me like i was bothering.
Im Obviously coming from a visible minority, Hated the looks and energy.

The check in was smooth and they have friendly staff. A nice location and central to the area we wanted to be in. Easy access to the highway and it was quiet.

I had bad experience with staff attitude upon arrival. The next day new staff were A1.
I contacted the manager a few times before getting a call back. He was very polite, apologized and told me that the staff received extra training in order to fix further issues.
The place itself was pretty clean, room was comfortable and tidy.
Gym was also clean.
My kids enjoyed the pool and my wife loved the spa.

Room was missing towels and other stuff. Spa was crusted in black all around the water level. 4 billing errors were done( 2 by the hotel and 2 by hotel.com)and the last one by the manager that didnt know how to fix it. Told me it would be fixed within the hour but took 4 days and multiple call to have it fixed.
