when i arrived, the whole hotel was under construction (this was not mentioned online). The room was dirty, several things in the room didn't work, the bath/shower was damaged and there was mold on the roof and wall

Upon my arrival I viewed a large dumpster overflowing with trash at the entrance of the motet. Apparently they are under construction and didn’t advise me. The pool was empty and in poor shape. My daughter, son in law and in-laws had already checked in and advised me of the poor conditions of the rooms. I looked at both of their rooms and they were unsuitable for anyone to stay in. They had mold in the ceiling and bathroom. They had a horrible mold smell. The sheets on the bed were stained and disgusting. The bathroom and floors were filthy. When I called and requested a refund for the room I was advised to contact hotels.com and I still have not received a refund.

The front was under construction, was expecting a pool. the pool was drained and dirty. The first room we were sent to, smelt bad. Tub was dirty, bathroom door was damaged. No med size towels. Moved rooms bath still dirty tub was dripping the whole time. No small towels.

This particular place is in middle of renovation. The room had broken furniture, no remote for TV. Pool has been drained for what seems years n Dirty floors. Old towels. The AC did cool off the room

The stay was horrible! The room was dirty the lamp shade had graffiti on it. The bathtub was stained. I could go on and on. Run from this place it looks decent in the pictures but trust me it’s not

We had to leave early because we found drugs in the room (not ours). People were also freely smoking marijuana by the pool that was completely disgusting. The pool was not kept. Dirty and had nasty water on the bottom

We stayed there because the storm came in and had to find a place to just crash for the night so you will for sure get what you pay for. Cheap hotel=dirty room. So can’t really complain but stay somewhere else if you can. It also smells like curry all over the room and hotel, made my nose burn.

Poorly maintained. In first room Tv and refrigerator didn’t work. So they moved us to another room. Sheet rock in bathroom was peeling and crumbling. Bottom of bathtub was gray instead of white. Dead roaches in bathroom. Only good thing was staff was polite

The bathtub had a dirt ring around it. The A/C was thick with dirt and grime. I removed the filters and washed them. I wiped down the wall, as there was juice or some dried liquid splashed on it. The cabinet with the refrigerator was sticky as well as one of the side tables. I cleaned both with Clorox wipes. I could not find the entrance, as the main entrance was under construction and there was no signage showing where to check-in. I chose this hotel for the pool, but unfortunately, it was empty with construction debris inside of it. Never again. I booked a room at a different hotel and left this La Quinta location as fast as I could get an Uber the next day.

We didn't stay at property. Room smelled horrible of urine and I requested another room. That was even worse than the first. Bathroom was black and ceiling was black with mold. Went back and desk clerk told me rooms are all the same and not to waste both of our times and find another hotel.
