Very relaxing, the first floor staff was so kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff was wonderful with their service and light chat that lets people feel welcome when they walk in for their first meal of the day. Our first time staying at a hotel in this city and it was a very good first experience, we left refreshed and happy with the memory of a pleasant sleep and great interactions with the staff.

Had a bit of an issue checking in ( key didn’t work on the door)that was solved quickly and very professionally. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, but definitely would need to bring some firmer pillows with me next time. Bathroom could be a little larger but overall get space.
