Definitely an excellent deal! Reasonable price for a very comfortable, clean, and pretty room! Lovely and approachable staff! The pool, training room, and Jacuzzi were a treat! Location wise, it has easy bus access and also located to stores max 10 minutes walk. Will definitely stay here again if am in Hamilton! -stayed for 4 nights

The hotel is very clean, close to main city diners, free parking, nice pool. Comfortable beds, showers and toilets in good order. Good ventilation.
No good restaurant on site (plus it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
My only complaint is that you can only make a right turn out of the parking lot which adds a few minutes having to go down the road and then come back around.

Outside of town therefore not able walk easily.

loved the pool and the fact that they have a fully stocked snack machine as well as filtered, cold water! I also loved the kitchenette….which had everything you would need. the room was also very clean and comfortable.
my only complaint is the WiFI….it was cutting in and out constantly! couldn’t even watch a show because of the wifi….it was very frustrating!

We loved the pool and clean hotel rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We didn't like that the restaurant closed before closing time. We tried getting a drink from the bar at 8:30pm and it was closed.. The restaurant was supposed to close at 9pm. We were disappointed.

Nice hotel ,location was good as it was a little out of the hub of it all so quite , bedroom & bathroom clean...
Staff were a but crumpy and when we checked in the receptionist was very abrupt not very welcoming !!!! Bar was closed when we got back in the evening at 10pm !!!! Didn't eat as breakfast and restaurant food was expensive for what was offered !!! Also very mean on room tea coffee & sugar.....

Comfy accommodations; access to pool, sauna, hot tub.
Bathroom was very clean, shower had rainfall shower head.
Queen size beds which had four pillows each.
Rooms were void of any smells.
There were available hairdryer, iron and board!
A bit pricey for location, near busy highway and a distance away from airport.
No shuttle services, this would off set the cost of the night stay nicely.
Hot tub only working on low jets, some jets not functioning, tub could use a wiping on exposed parts perhaps in need of water changing.

It is close to the University. A little off from the downtown, but we could reach there in 5~10 min by car. Exterior looks outdated, maybe it looks so interior as well, but very well maintained. I had no problem with its cleanness and room making.
It's on a one-way road. Due to the Hwy ramp, there is some traffic jam, specially in rush hours. BF wasn't included.
