From the time we check in and the time we check out the customer service was beyond excellent. Very clean from the front door all the way to our room. No problems at all!! This will be our spot every time we come and visit Myrtle Beach 😊Thank u keeping us safe

Smell of weed when you walked in the back door. Some in the morning. Our room lacked vacuuming, clean shower, to, Kleenex, bath mat and towels. Pile of dirty linens on the floor outside someone’s room for 2 days.

It was a great stay. No issues. I just needed a night to get away and it was convenient to be able to walk over to Carolina Roadhouse to eat

The location is GREAT however when we arrived after 9PM there were some questionable people lingering in the parking lot. Left me with an uneasy feeling. The smell of the property was "old" and uninviting. The hallway had the same smell and the appearance of the property was worn. Although the room as clean, we still slept with our long sleeved pajamas on. It surved the purpose of a good night's sleep but the property could use an update or refresh. On a good note, the staff was very friendly and professional.

Front desk staff were super friendly. Room was clean. Only complain I had was that the air conditioner/heater was super loud. Great stay!!

It was ok. But why should you have to pay for parking if I am a guest? Even thou it was fir one nite b4 I checked into my normal oceanfront hotel.

There was a charge for the dog. But. TV was not working. Due to storm and pool was closed for the season. Both advertised.

Our room had bedbugs, and was very dirty the comforter had blood on it, we didn’t get keys until the 2nd day we were there and there was a pair of men’s underwear in the bathroom hanging! Just over all room was dirty

TERRIBLE Didn’t even stay both our nights. Bed bugs and they couldn’t make any keys at all so we had to be walked to our rooms each time we left. Which was super inconsiderate and the FRONT workers were super nice but we couldn’t even dare stay another night after I got 6 bites on me and still didn’t have any keys the next day.!

The key card machine wasn’t working. This caused a huge inconvenience every time we wanted to enter the room. Someone had to follow us to the 4th floor to let us into our own room. In addition, there was hair all over our room that did not belong to us, and overheard someone else found blood in their sheets, another had no shower curtain. This did not give us any confidence in our stay. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. A select few front desk people were super nice, the cleaning staff were doing anything but their jobs it seemed.

Nice clean rooms & great complimentary breakfast. Staff were also friendly as well as accommodating. The only downfall was not actually getting our room keys until Saturday evening & we checked in on a Friday night. For whatever reason, their wifi was down on Friday & the front desk receptionist assured us that they had people working on it & it should be back up within a few minutes to an hour. I personally felt bad for the hotel employees who had to let all the guests in their rooms. Not sure what time the problem was fixed but upon getting back to our room Saturday evening after being out for hours, we were able to pick up our room keys. Things happen that we sometimes just have no control over but overall, we enjoyed our stay & would actually consider going back if we decided to visit the area again in the near future.
