Nice hotel. Free on-site parking. Restaurant and bar is conveniently on property. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Only complaint was the noise. Staff at front desk was helpful, but there were no rooms facing the back of the hotel. Room was above the pool and in the corner. I was kept up by random noise, some of which was guests who were playing billiards at midnight. I called the front desk, and they said they would address it, but I continued to hear it for awhile. If you’re a light sleeper I recommend anything no facing the restaurant, bar, or pool area.

The property is an ill repair. The worst part is there is loud music blaring 24 seven going up into the atrium where your room is and even with white noise you can hear it. There was a fire alarm every morning and you had evacuate and wait for the fire department to come. Multiple Davis of this is very frustrating and I guess it’s par for the course for the system with that hotel. Horrible experience.

Overall, a great visit. Property seemed in average condition. It was clean and there were options for dining and a bar. The staff were just ok. No one really stood out and they didn't go above and beyond. We tried Matadora and honestly, the food wasn't that great. The churros were over cooked and hard. The sauce was just a chocolate syrup. The fries were nothing special that you can't get at any chain restaurant. The empanadas were just ok as well. During our stay, there were two fire alarms on both mornings. This seemed to be an issue with the system. Very frustrating and unrelaxing for the money we paid. The pool while heated, is not that hot and the rooms don't get below 68 degrees even if you set it to 60. I was unable to use my firestick do to some type of login issue with the tv and internet. Would I go back, maybe. They would have to improve a lot and make up the loss of sleep from the fire drills from our first stay. I wish I could give a better review. I really do but there are too many issues that need to be addressed.

Front desk agent is professional lier who downgraded my reservations and blamed the mistakes to expedia. Very unprofessional and I Am so surprised to have this experience with Hilton brand. There’s no apologies and no adjustment from the hotels after I have pointed that out to the front desk agent and showed my reservations. Besides I have also contacted Expedia to confirm that my reservation was provided to the hotel without error.

Front desk gentleman was very friendly and check in was fast and easy.
Upon check in we were asked if we wanted daily housekeeping. I said no because we were only staying 3 nights. When we got to the room there were 2 rolls of toilet paper but one was a half roll and the other was about a 1/4 roll. Knowing we would be there for 3 nights I asked the housekeeper that was in the hall the next morning if she had an extra roll and if not could she get one and put it in our room. Came back to the room that night and nothing was left. The next day I received a text from the front desk asking how everything was. I replied everything was good but needed toilet paper. Was texted back that they would get someone to bring it to our room. Got back to the room that night and again nothing was left.
Very disappointing that we couldn’t get a single roll of toilet paper. Going forward I will not refuse housekeeping.

This property has upscale dining, a very nice bar, two to be exact, a pool table and an inside pool. It also has balconies off of rooms that face the happenings inside the hotel. It is not far from BU, where my child goes to school. I will definitely stay here each time I visit her for this amazing price, convenience, and upscale stay. It was amazing!

I had reserved a room with assessable bathroom. On the day that I checked in they had given me a regular room. The manager informed me that it will take 40mins before the room was ready. 45mins later I approached the manager regarding the room and she stated "who are you “. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I immediately called corporate and made a complaint. An hour later I still didn’t get my room. Again I called corporate who had called the manager twice to resolve the problem. I finally got the room after waiting an hour. The manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Not even an apology.

Beautiful indoor community style common area though does mean “balcony” is a bit louder and can feel more necessary to pull block out curtains for privacy even on upper floors
