What I didn’t liked was the breakfast it is too simple and ordinary for Sheraton Hotel when we compare with other Sheraton hotels :))But there is a excellent staff in breakfast part from Chief to staff I was

The breakfast for $26 was not much then the free breakfasts offered at other hotel chains. Although you did have someone making omelets on one the days I was there.

Parking clearance does not accommodate larger vehicles. Picked this hotel because of its underground parking and couldn't use it. Booked for breakfast add on and wasn't given the voucher but front staff cleared it up quickly.

I love the ambiance from you first walked in, very welcoming, I wished I could have stayed longer. Soon as I layed down in the bed it hugged me tight I fell fast asleep. I would highly recommend. We wanted to go in the pool but the pool was under renovation but everything else was perfect.

The hotel was amazing! The staff, the cleanliness, the dining were great. The food is a bit pricey but worth it. The area around the property is a bit odd. The sidewalks seem uneven, but I think that's an Ottawa issue. Maybe some of the businesses can get together and ask the city to fix them. The location is very convenient. Close to transportation and lots of attractions such as the Parliament buildings and the Rideau Centre.
