We love staying here its easy access to freeway and airport there is places to eat close by. The staff here is excellent with customer service our room was comfortable from bed to a dip in pool and relaxing in hot tub spa enough parking with cameras that watch property a definitely great place to stay.

Run down poor condition and the over use of pine sol was difficult to breathe

This property was very dated and nothing like pictures. Mold on bath walls, bath door was stuck would not open and close, floor was dirty, jacuzzi was closed, ice machine broken. Room service did not clean our room with please clean on door. Trash cans on grounds overflowing. Cleaning and front desk unconcerned about issues. Said owner had a lot of properties and busy fixing other facilities. If they have that many properties hire help to fix things.

In need of many repairs

I came to the hotel to sit in the Jacuzzi and it was broken. I also rented the room for the breakfast and the breakfast was terrible. The food at the breakfast was old and nasty microwave food. There’s no waffles no fresh eggs I was just not impressed. The room and the pool were very nice and the staff was awesome.

The toilet was inoperable. The room was dirty. The front desk would not fix it, lied repeatedly saying a maintenance guy was coming who never came. I called 6x and visoted the front desk who repeatedly lied to my face. I requested the room to be cleaned it was never cleaned. No manger was available or even willing to address any of the issues. Since they were incapable to provide a clean room and operable toilet, a full refund is required. The Hotel parent should remove them as a part of the chain. Worst experience. Zero integrity. Zero customer service. Zero honesty.

Staff was great. We interacted with them often as we roamed around the hotel pool and they were always friendly and kind.

The pictures make the hotel look good, but in reality the hotel is pretty dingy and crusty. Not very well maintained. For example, the water from the left side handle barely was coming out,

The room was dirty and the lining was too. The AC worked intermittently but sounded like it was dying. We left at 4 am to get back home, shower and relax.

Location was good, dresser was bolted shut and there was mold in the shower and bathroom needed paint and caulking

If all you care about is a bed and a shower, and could care less about everything else, then this property will do. However, everything is run down, worn out and in need of maintenance. Our first room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. The staff had stuffed toilet paper in the seam between the door and the door frame as noise insulation. Even so, the tv was so loud in the next room, it was louder than we would have watched in our own room. In the morning, at 6:30 am, there was a sound like jackhammering coming from the room above us. It woke us up and was so loud we took recordings of it. The first staff member said “ but there is no one in the room above you.” Later, when we insisted on changing rooms, a second staff member asked to hear our recordings. He said, “Oh, that’s the boiler.” It was matter of fact, no surprise to him that the boiler was shaking the fixture in our room with the pounding. In both our rooms, the bed frames were so old that one person getting out bed caused, creaking, crackling and noise that woke up the other person. The walkways and stairs are crumbling, the railings are rusted. Everything screams out for deferred maintenance. Even the lobby smells moldy. This place is run down and tired and needs a complete remodel. But the room has a bed and shower ( no closet, and recycled retail store display shelves as furniture), but a bed and a shower.

This is not my first time staying here. I chose this hotel because of the location. I stayed 2 nights and I was disappointed that my room (109) had tiny roaches on the floor. The first night I was welcomed by three of them as I opened the door. The following night we got in very late and I killed six more. Never staying there again.

The rooms were simple, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the option of having a mini fridge and a microwave.

It was a good time at the hotel.

Got exactly what was expected and paid for. Clean room, polite staff, breakfast and a swimming pool. Used the hotel as a base for two nights whilst attending the OC fair. Perfect for our trip.

Very quiet and clean. Lot's of restaurants nearby.

I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and now find the place sadly falling apart. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and lumpy and the entire room seems past due for renovations. So sad….
