This time our door didnt shut unless it was slammed also stuck when trying to get out. But thats fine. The elevator was the worst, down to 1 elevator, the maintenance guy was telling my bf that they have been down to 1 elevator for 3 months, insane. But again this is mynfab place to stay on the beach.

The staff were all friendly and helpful BUT there was only one elevator in operation and it took forever. The elevator was filthy. Our room was not cleaned well. The sheets and towels were clean but the room itself was gross. Dust on headboard, window sills, stuck on grime on towel bars and faucets and toilet paper roller. Frig did not work but they replaced no problem BUT there was a lot of dirt and grime and broken glass around the fridge and the gentleman who replaced the fridge just replaced the fridge with the dirt and broken glass around the fridge instead of having someone come to clean it. The first frig was dirty gross and the second one was not quite as dirty but the door shelves were not clean. The carpet was disgusting. We kept our shoes on! Mirror on bathroom door should be on the outside of the door and not on the inside or put another mirror in the bed area and there needs to be something to put one's suitcase on. Again, staff friendly but someone needs to teach the cleaning staff how to clean thoroughly and do inspections periodically.

Check inn started out with a customer trying to check in with some else’s credit card. Got a handicap room- shower?! Door to the balcony that overlooked a derelict housing complex didn’t close properly. Had a great time while the power was out with no AC or bathroom lighting!

I did not like the fact that they don't tell you you have to pay $$.00 per night parking fee after you have booked the rooms . this is done when you book thru anyone but them . should say on website that if you book thru a 3rd party you have to pay for parking. very sneaky not to let you know before you book a non refundable reservation. everything else was fine to bad they can,t be up front with extra cost.

Power went out, room got extremely hot… had to walk up & down the stairs 4 times from the 6th floor due to the elevators not working…

I loved this hotel. I just did a one night staycation so I could be up early for the beach on my second day and this spot is perfect. The room was nice and the pool was perfect for cooling off.

Found a two dead bugs in the room but what really got me was the unexpected $23 mandatory non refundable fee for parking which wasn't explained or showed to me neither on paper or in person or anything saying i was gonna be charge that amount for "parking" in their own parking lot.

I like that it's right on the beach. We had a room with a panoramic view of the ocean so it was beautiful to see the ocean all day long. There were a couple of issues I did not bring up while we were there because there was no way they could fix what bothered me while I was there. The bathroom was pretty 'meh'. It didn't really look clean and up to date. The plumbing in the bathroom didn't work great. Had to hold the handle down to get the toilet to flush and the shower had almost no cold water.... yes you read that right.... almost NO cold water, so when you turn it on to get any pressure to pull the pin up to get the shower running, the water was very hot. If i barely turned it on, I could hold the pin up and it took about 30 seconds to get the water to shift up to the shower head and then the pressure was so low that it was difficult to get clean in the shower after being on the beach during the day. If I added pressure to get enough flow to get clean, the water was VERY hot. The mattress on the bed was a bit old and lumpy. May be time to replace it too. We paid for the beach view and that was nice, but they need to do some updates to the bathrooms.

Just one elevator was working and it will take you to 5th floor instead of 4th. Also will take forvere to come to a floor. The place is nice and has a ocean view.

The suite set-up was nice and big with a workable kitchen and living area. The hotel, like most in area, needs some updating and maintenance. Our balcony door would not lock. Be aware that the pool is across the parking lot, and that the route to the beach is circuitous. The restaurant was only open for breakfast but it was delicious! Remember to ask for your paid parking pass, as the first deskclerk forgot to give us one.

Loved being on the ocean and how spacious the room was. The bedroom tv didn't have a remote and the unit overall badly needed lighting and was a little dated. The balcony iver the icean made up for it.

Room needs to be updated. Carpet was filthy. The bottom of our feet were black. Great view. Beds need to be updated to Queen size.

I guess they have had roof issues from what an employee told us and some leaks. Our room on the 8th floor had a very strong mold /mildew almost like body odor smell. Location was good and the front desk girl was really nice. Just couldn’t stay with the smell. They had no other rooms to move us to so we had to head back home.
