The view from the terrace overlooking my loved St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Old City of Vienna was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and the cute boiled eggs were lovely. The room was spotless, the amenities were satisfactory, and it was very comfortable. In addition, the smiles and hospitality of the staff made me feel very relaxed. I am genuinely grateful to all the staff members for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The hotel's location is a unique advantage. It's not only right next to the tram stop but also surrounded by other hotels, ensuring the availability of cabs at any given time. I wanted to get to the Danube River before checking out. Still, time would be in short supply if I took public transportation. So I took a cab to the Danube River, and the driver was very hospitable, which made it an enjoyable little trip.

Hotel is within a 9 minute walk of the Vienna metro station and shopping mall. There are several restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. The air-conditioning worked well in August with temperatures in 90's. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

This has to be one of my best hotel stays, I had a single room on the top floor which was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I had a balcony that looked over the city and main attractions which was an added bonus I hadn`t expected. House keeping was everyday so I had clean towels daily and a clean room. The staff were friendly from housekeeping to the reception staff, and in particular one man on reception whilst I was there was very friendly who helped me a lot with my questions and just made friendly conversation, I regret not asking his name because I would of liked to give him a mention, he also gave me an umbrella because we had a thunderstorm as I was ready to go out without a coat on, I was very greatful. If I ever go back to Vienna I would come back here without a question as I know I`d get top quality. This hotel is highly recommended by me.

Location is good within 10 mins walking distance to Mitte Wien station, the room is big even its a single room for myself, the bed and bathroom were clean and staffs there are all friendly and helpful, will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to travel Vienna

Good location … walking distance to museums, restaurants, and shopping. 7 day train/bus pass was only 22 Euros.

The hotel was better than advertised. A wonderful place to stay — walking distance to Stephansplatz and the underground stations. The view from the expansive balcony onto St Stephan’s Cathedral was unexpected and delightful. The hotel staff were absolutely marvellous, from front desk to cleaning staff — always smiling and always ready to help. You get the feeling that they consider the hotel not just a place to work, but their own, and are anxious to show it to the best advantage, making their guests feel right at home too. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and we hope to return there soon!

Bedrooms are all on the 11th, 12th and 13th floor of the building and a large number of rooms seem to have a balcony which provide great views over Vienna depending on the the location of the bedroom. All of the hotel team were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again and felt if offered good value.

From now on my preffered hotel, when I travel to Vienna, which is one to two times a year.

This place was great. The room featured a balcony with a fabulous view of the skyline. Sunsets were so enjoyable. The room I stayed in was small but cozy and comfortable. I experienced an incident when some ants appeared in the bathroom garbage can, but housekeeping was incredible and took immediate action to replace the can and thoroughly clean the area. I felt totally reassured seeing the steps they took and didn't experience any problems the rest of my visit. It was about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. I found walking more convenient than public transportation for this area.
