We loved our stay with Cresent. First time to visit. Staff was great and.very thoughtful. We came for.our anniversary. I spoke to Wilda when i called to ask.a few questions about bruch ideas. She's the best. We arrived to find strawberries and champagne in our room. We will definitely be back!

Check-in time is stated to be 4:00, I arrived at 4:10 and was told they had no rooms 'Ready' for occupancy and that they 'could not tell me' when they would have one ready, but they would buzz me. After checking with the front desk every 15-20 minutes, at 5:40 I finally went to the Concierge and asked for the Manager. Magically a room became 'Ready' for me.
Room service...10:15 pm after 3 attempts over 30 minutes someone finally answered the phone...but only after I contacted the front desk.
There are several premier hotel alternatives nearby.

We got there at 4:15, and did not get a room until 6:00, probably would have been longer if I were not so persistent. We selected this hotel because it was walking distance to AAC. We missed half of first period of hockey game because we were waiting for our room. Thsi was my 25th anniversary, and instead of getting a nice dinner we ate concession food.
