Easy access to the city centre. The room was clean and efficient. It would had been nice to receive one small water bottle as a welcome gift, like other hotels.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and have nothing but praise. The facilities and cleanliness were outstanding, but what stood out the most were the staff. All extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi and making sure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Ilaria and the waiter at the bar. Strongly recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for one night and have nothing but praise. The facilities and cleanliness were outstanding, but what stood out the most were the staff. Wonderful hotel & service.
Only stayed 1 night so they didn’t have to do much.
But when they booked me for 2 nights rather than 1 night, they had implied that it may have been done accidentally by me online & that I would have to rectify it with Expedia, the agency I booked it through.
However, when we got to our room (booked only for 1 night), I immediately received a call from the front desk, who had figured out it was an error in their own hotel software system, and told me not to worry or waste time checking my Expedia app to correct it.
This was very much appreciated, since we only had 1 day in Milan & didn’t want to waste time unnecessarily checking something, that the front desk had corrected due to a computer glitch on their end.
They were so kind and helpful & in taking the initiative to call me to inform me not to worry, that the mistake was not on my end, I could then enjoy my day in Milan.
They get a 10/10 for initiative & helpfulness.

Excellent hotel! Great location with short walk to Brera. Very clean room and friendly staff. We left an important keepsake behind in our room on accident when we left and the staff had it waiting for us when we returned to Milan.

At first, we had a problem with the bathroom and went back to reception to change room. The person at the counter told me that I had to come back the next day, with some rude comments and a bad attitude.
The next day, we were helped by Mario whom was extraordinary ! He found us exactly the room we were needing.

Great location. Easy to walk to into the centre, plus near Metro stations. Lovely room on the top floor with private terrace. Beautiful bathroom and very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and there’s a gorgeous garden bar too. Would stay again at this Hotel.

The hotel is not worth the money you pay.
Check-in was done in a formal and cold manner, without any empathy. Since it is a tourist city, you would expect a map and tips to be provided at check-in, which did not happen. In the other 3 hotels on our vacation, everyone was very helpful, but not at the Hotel Manin.
Despite having been renovated, the hotel has two very small elevators that are not accessible. There is no accessibility for a person in a wheelchair. The room has been completely renovated, but to take a shower you have to get into a very narrow bathtub, which poses a high risk of falling. You have to be very, very careful not to slip.
About breakfast: the scrambled eggs were always cold, every day, as was the coffee. The croissant was always burnt and overcooked.
In short, I do not recommend the Hotel Manin.

Very good place to say. Close to shopping and safe neighborhood to walk. Close to train station! The staff was nice and helpful. Had a pizza for lunch, very good for!

The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was infested with bugs. Bugs in the bed, bathroom and walls, even though we kept the windows shut at all times. They have balcony lights that cannot be shut off which bothered my sleep at night. Terrible rooms and stay. Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars, should be a two star hotel.

The elevator was very small and there was always a line up, the breakfast was not good, the hot water was very cold in my room, the internet was really weak, I will never go there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
