Horrible, had bugs, refrigerator stoped working, they had partys on the weekend, wouldn't let may pay for an extended stay one night,was told i had to do it in the morning before 11am because the guy working that before said he wasnt able to make reservations, the manager had to do it in the morning, when i checked in i needed a room with wheel chair availability, the guy said the rooms on tbe ground were the same thing, but we couldn't even get into the bathroom with a wheelchair, my friend had to leave the wheelchair outside the door and hop into the bathroom and find something sot on in the bathtub, and the jacuzzi was closed down and the restaurant was closed down and so was the laundry room, and they didn't want to give us clean towels because they dont do that if your there more than one not because they consider you as living there, which we werent, we needed extra time to stay because were in the middle of moving...

The room was clean, but has a very strong smell of old furniture. It really needs an upgrade not only on the furniture but also on the layout of the room.

It seems the staff isn't guest friendly. I book through hotels.com app all the time and have had to cash deposit so it was an unexpected shock. Instead of apologizing he gave an attitude and pointed atm. It seems heater doesn't work either. But I guess you get what you pay for right. Cheap rates so they are aloud to treat people like crap

No hot water in the room. Fire alarm is low battery and keeps buzzing periodically. The phone in the room doesn’t work. I had to go to front desk. The frond desk said would send someone to fix, but nobody came.

The property was disgusting. We got a non-smoking room and it smells like cigarette then they switched us to another room and the carpet was disgusting and stained and dirty and it smelled like wet dog.

Would be better if pool had water in it. Other than that much better and quieter than it used to be

The shower needs to be replaced the bed sank in on one side so it made the bed uncomfortable. Traffic in n out loud the people in the room next to our room was up all night with loud music even woke up at 3am to the couple fighting right outside the door. Honestly the only good thing is the staff they are really nice. Other than that they have a lot of work that needs to be done there.

Just missing the icevmachine

I was very disappointed with my stay overall. First I asked for non-smoking room, but I never saw any indication that it was a non-smoking room( there were no signs posted). Then was going to have a bath but the jets didn't work, & there was a huge leak that went from 1 room to the other. When we told man @ desk he was no help, couldn't give us towels or anything. When my girlfriend told guy @ desk about the leak the next day he basically called her a liar & there was no way for it to leak like that, very rude. We will never stay there again.

This hotel was very outdated, bathtub was terrible, ceiling was falling down in the sink area, however the check in was smooth and the employees were very nice and accommodating.

All I will say is "The price point matches the facility." If you like fancy or updated, this is definitely not the place for you. The room was clean, the bedding seemed clean. And Igot a good night's sleep

Gangland shelter. Left the place. Stereo so bad. Hotel must be a front. Need to be resident to stay. Waited for house keeping to show up, so I could get to my car from hommie on watch.
