Very Good service. Old school in a way that begins to be rare even in 5 star hotels. A very recommendable hotel with a lot of charm and history and nice updates, like great beds, bathrooms etc.

We had an amazing stay at the Sacher. We had our 14 month old with us and without having requested anything (just noting that we had a baby on the reservation) they went above and beyond to accommodate. Our flight was hours late and we checked in after 10pm to find a crib, diaper pale, age appropriate toys for the baby, baby friendly bath supplies and the best changing matt we've seen thus far. We're already planning our return to Vienna next year and will 100% be staying at the Sacher again. Phenomenal service and a lovely Viennese hotel.

It’s close to a lot of museums and historical sites, Vienna Opera is across the street from the hotel, Belvedere palace is a 30 minutes stroll away from hotel
The service and food in this place are outstanding. We had a magical stay on the property.

This is a hotel with an excellent reputation that completely deserves it. Elegant, comfortable, and well-located, it has a delightful old-world atmosphere and the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The concierge staff is extremely helpful, and the Red Bar restaurant is very good. The Sacher isn't cheap, but special offers make it affordable and it offers good value for the money. Perhaps the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too.
The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets.
The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury.
The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna.
We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details.
We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. Vienna is a beautiful city and staying at the Sacher Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable holiday.

The stay was great and the hotel location and decor are amazing. However, there is a clear lack in service (at breakfast)vs previous years (preCovid). Unattentive staff, bringing the wrong itmes and shutting down the buffet without a word of warning at 11am sharp on a Saturday (we knew it closes at 11 but usually the staff lets you know that the time is approaching). Especially after they let you wait for over 20 mins to even acknowledge your existence for a cooked breakfast. The concierge and reception staff were ok. Imperial has much better service, and we'll definitely go back to Imperial next time.
