The WiFi never worked during my entire stay which was very inconvenient. Every time I went to the desk to speak with staff, no one was ever present to answer my questions. The room had a weird smell when you first walk in.

Rooms are not clean at all, when we check in into our room the restroom floor had a bunch of hairs everywhere and hairs close to the night stands.

Unfortunately, there was an electrical fire in the hotel the evening we stayed due to some pool work that had been done that day. Something caused a spark which caused the wood in the ceiling to start smoldering. The staff did a great job waking us up and evacuating the building. We were outside for about an hour and a half before we could go in to get our belongings. We were unable to continue our stay as we had an asthmatic person with us and the smoke was still strong.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights on the 2nd night an electrical fire broke out directly under the window of my hotel room. It was so traumatizing and the smell was awful. All the residents were rushing out some were in towels as they’d just gotten out of the shower. The firefighters were called to put out the fire and the ambulance was called to assist me because I had a panic attack. It was very very scary. The staff were very nice and accommodating and did the best they could to keep everyone happy. They offered to refund everyone who wanted to go to another hotel their money back. Because I booked through Expedia I had to contact them for a refund and they reached out to the hotel manager to confirm the fire. I’m still waiting for the manager of the hotel to call them back. I’m going to call the hotel manager myself on 6/13/2024 and ask her to contact Expedia concerning my refund. However…..Prior to the fire there were two men working on the roof above the swimming pool which was directly below the window of my room. They had the music blasting and when I knocked on the window to get them to turn their music down, they didn’t hear me. I had to go down to the lobby and ask the staff to have the workers turn down the music.

The TV didn't work and the carpets were dirty.

Very affordable an very well kept up hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Asked for room with accessible bathroom. Did not get it. Guess they only have one & it wasn't clean. Staff was rude. Answered questions with a very sullen attitude.

I have stayed here a few times in the last couple of years the renovation has turned out quite well one of the most comfortable nice I've had if they said it's a non-smoking property I could tell hence of smokers I think the smokers would be enforced in order to keep the quality and experience where it needs to be. I think one signing in a non-smoker policy should be signed and agreed upon in the visitor should be penalized overall I enjoy staying here more than any other place in Columbus

Bathroom sink handle came off, AC/ heat door off, bed mattress sink hole n the middle cheat. Not a sufficient amount of towels in the bathroom. Just disappointed.

Overall a good experience staff was quick an fast I had no problems
