The King Edward is well maintained and looked after by professional staff. Staff at check-in were very friendly and knowledgeable. The big Tree in the lobby was to die for.

Ventilation system needs a serious update. It is so overwhelmingly loud, you have to choose between freezing temperature and silence or sleeping in an airplane....
I know its a small problem but with a uxury hotel of this caliber it seems like a problem that should be rectified

Our weekend stay at the Omni King Edward was excellent. It is well located in downtown Toronto - close to the train station, entertainment district, Hockey Hall of Fame and excellent restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, and our room and the common areas were very clean. Consideration should be given to reopening the Victoria restaurant for dinner.

Our stay was fantastic. The location is very walkable to great eateries and shopping. We attended a hockey game at the arena for about a 10 minute walk. The room was large and the bed was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous location easy to walk to most places - staff incredibly friendly and helpful - probably the best hotel gym we have come across - food and drinks in the lobby bar excellent - bed and room good size and really comfortable

When I had booking it was complementary breakfast was there, while checking at the reception they said that your booking though Expedia so there is no complementary breakfast and it was someone of pant was there when I entered the room. I left the note also.

This was our first time in Toronto and this hotel was wonderful. Alex at the front desk was friendly and upgraded us to a premier room. The room was spacious and the only fault was there was no grab bars in the shower. I feel that these should be in every shower since even if you are young, these would be a safer option. The hotel was located near a subway station, trams and buses. Many coffee shops and restaurants near by.

This was such a nice stay while I was in town for work. The subway is right down the street for easy train access to the airport (faster than driving with construction traffic). The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are well-appointed. Very comfortable bed and pillows... my most important feature. The bar/restaurant had excellent food and wine pairings. I enjoyed the staff there immensely. Would absolutely return.

Enjoyable weekend visit with very friendly staff. Hotel clean and safe. Loved the location walkable to Eaton center st Lawrence market and union station. Great city value. Will stay again.

It was an excellent stay!! Highly recommend- spacious rooms, beautiful lobby, very good restaurant. Hotel was close to everything we wanted, Roger's stadium was 20 walk, st lawrence market just down the street from hotel. Hotel was nice and quiet. I loved my stay!!
