The king bed was sooo comfortable! My daughter said the sofa bed was good also. The hair dryer worked well. The bathroom was tiny. We ran out of hot water by the third shower. The faucet in the tub was loose. The clothes iron leaked water all over the clothes. The breakfast was just so-so, nothing special.

The room was nice and clean. Check in was easy! Friendly. Good breakfast. The showers were extremely hot-too much, even on a cold setting.

We loved our stay at the Best Western in Provo. Although our checkin was around 1am due to a late flight arrival, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful employee. The first two rooms we were offered had some minor issues (a noisy toilet and a cleaned carpet that was still wet), so the front desk employee gave us a free upgrade to a top floor suite. We were too tired to notice, but when we woke up the next morning we realized the suite had a beautiful view of the mountains with large windows on three sides of the suite. Add to the gorgeous view a full kitchen, large bath and private bedroom and we were very happy and forgot about the long flight from the day brfore. Thanks to Best Western staff for helping to make our business trip and first vacation in Utah a lovely experience!!! John

Everything was great except the bathroom. It was not clean a little bit of mold on the ceiling, chipping paint on the floor and not clean tub. Which is too bad because the front desk was great. The beds were great. The room was clean otherwise but the bathroom was not acceptable.

Even though there was a room available they still charged us for an early check in. The bathroom sink area was very small and dark. Tony bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. No microwave. We requested housekeeping and when we returned our room wasn’t cleaned. When we checked with the front desk there was no note. The bees were very comfortable.

My room plumbing tub and sink drain really slow. Other than that, everything was great.

Overall it was good. But the a/c didn’t work great and the sink drain was very slow. The breakfast was mediocre. Good location close to BYU campus.

There was no housekeeping service for two days even though I requested it from the front desk and placed a sign requesting it on my door. Room has no microwave

Staff was nice. Room was ok- a bit of a musty smell and seemed like they updated not too long ago, but things like the tub and molding weren’t and are very old. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have a ton of options. Thinks kids would like I think. Overall it was fine since we paid around $100 for a quick overnight. Fine for the price. Pool and work out room looked nice, no time to use it.
