Was disappointed I could not get a final bill because booking was done through Expedia. I went through Hotels.com -- why use an app when it isn't in sync to their sponsors? Really doesn't make sense. They should get together, don't you think. Shame on both of them. Customers are not their top priority.

My husband is a Marriott Rewards holder and we always use your hotels however this facility was below sub par. We rented a king suite and let me start by saying the bed was beyond uncomfortable and we had twin size pillows for a king bed which made no sense whatsoever. Also, the air conditioning unit in our bedroom went off every 3 minutes and it sounded like a helicopter. I will never say at this facility again and would appreciate some kind of reimbursement. Thank You

The Fairfield is dated, but overall clean. The rooms are dated and carpet should be replaced. The bed was super uncomfortable and the smell of marijuana infiltrated our room all night long. Would not stay here again, and would not recommend.

I booked a king bed they only had a queen made no effort to compensate for the difference.
Will not stay there again. They also do not clean the room. Guess u have to ask but they dont say that when u check in.

This was our first stay at this Fairfield Inn and it was very disappointing. We were 'greeted' with smokers in the entry way! The decor was shabby and old. During one evening, kids were playing hockey in the stairwell and making lots of noise. I was awakened around 8;30pm and I stepped outside my door when your front desk staff member Iris was walking quickly toward the noise and got the kids to break it up. She tol me “I got this”. She seemed un-flustered and in control. My son who was staying with me reported that he was kept awake until around 1:00am due to excessive partying and drinking and noise by a large group of adults in the dining area. He reported that Iris was doing her best to break up the party and was apparently successful and my son was able to go back to sleep. I thanked Iris the following morning at breakfast for her efforts. She is a great employee!

This was the 2nd time staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. The pillows were too soft for my liking. I will bring my pillow from home the next time. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I wish it had a waffle machine instead of the prepackage waffles
