Everything perfect and very convienent hotel. Only downside is car park small and sometimes full and cant park the car.

This is an ok hotel. I had a room with dimmed windows as they were facing the roof. The room smelled a bit stale and would need a facelift (not as nice as in the photos). If you are a light sleeper, sounds from neighbouring rooms might disturb you.

The first room they gave us Had a strong cigarette smoke smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The immediately gave us a different room, which was OK. The view was of the air Conditioning units outside the room. The room is very Dark and the lighting is Not adequate. For the price, I would’ve expected a bit more.

More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. Would have enjoyed the indoor pool but had no time. Definitely highly recommended and will be back next time in Eindhoven. The location was great too, close enough to walk into the city but in a quiet location to sleep.

Nice hotel - worthy of more than a late one night stay. Huge room and hotel was an easy walk from the Eindhoven Central Station.

The hotel was lovely.
We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children staying in a deluxe suite - when we arrived they had already pulled the sofa bed out which we were very thankful for as they can be difficult to pull out.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. The bath was huge and there was a separate walk in shower. Plus a double sink situation.
2 televisions was great and while we didn’t watch them it was nice to have the option for the children and adults to watch separate things.
Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room and there was also an iron and ironing board. The hairdryer was powerful too which was great.
The hotel has a pool, sauna and games room - all of which are free to use.
Breakfast was nice although be aware that once things run out they run out so the earlier you get down there the better.
Check in and check out was easy and the lady checking us in was lovely and very friendly. (Though the lady who checked us out didn’t ask how the stay was or anything).
It was quiet at night and is in a very good, walkable location for reaching anywhere in Eindhoven.
I would definitely recommend Park Plaza and if I return to Eindhoven I’ll stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, very clean. Would highly recommend. Room was hot , unfortunately the Aircon system had failed. Fantastic stay and would definitely come back

Staff at the check-in desk and the bar were lovely. We appreciated the "entertainment" factor (i.e. Pool tables, ping pong table, etc.)
As to cleanliness, we were guests at the Park Plaza for 10 nights. Our unit was not maintained to a level we expected. Dust on the furniture, garbage (2 cans) not always emptied, we had to request extra towel on one occasion (the cleaners left only 1 bath towel for 2 adults)
