The hotel has an excellent location close to the pier, the funicular station and many restaurants. Staff is extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast is spectacular!

I found the hairdryer this morning few minutes before check out hahah! It was behind the ironing board. Sorry we did not look properly! Thank you so much we had a lovely 3-days stay at the hotel. Amazing breakfast and service. Close to everything.

A very centrally located hotel in the heart of Bergen tourist sites with friendly and efficient staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast and free coffee bar all day. Able to walk from the hotel to the pier to pick up our ship as well.

Very convenient location next door to the Brygge area and Floyen Funicular. The family room was very spacious and free breakfast had a large selection. Only complaint is the electric outlet was only on one side of the bed so not convenient when two people need to charge the phones.

Unfortunately staff mixed up reservation, charging me for 2 rooms instead of 1. Took 2 frustrating hours to successfully straighten out (with the help of staff member Markus).

We are very happy staying here for one night. The bedding is so comfortable with high quality sheets. The included breakfast is SO good with salmon! The location is very good. Thank you so much!

We spent 2 nights in late August. The hotel is in a great location to the waterfront and a short walk to the Floibanen funicular. There is a public parking lot under the hotel. Amazing morning buffet is provided. Front desk was helpful with suggestions and directions. And several good restaurants right across the street. They do not allow early checkin but they will store bags.

The location is excellent, easy walk to restaurants and the express boat. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was perfect and loved the size of the room. Yet, it did not have air conditioning (A/C) and room was warm. In fact, none of the rooms had A/C. Staff gave us two fans which we kept on 24/7 and opened two windows. Unfortunately, the wharf out front was very noisy until 3:00 AM. So it was quite noisy. Our TV never worked either. We asked maintenance to fix it, but they never did or unsuccessful, so we went without it for 4 nights, 3 days. But the morning breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing!
