The place was nice, the staff was very nice.
The one thing I was very surprised with is that I had 10 underwear and 10 tshirts washed for $80Euros
If I had known I would have bought new ones. I think surprising guests with such high amenities rates could be advised.

This has the makings of an outstanding hotel. The facility is remarkable -- the rooms are great and the building is an well upgraded version of the convent that you will likely visit next door. The restaurant has terrific staff and food for dinner. But service overall for the rest of the hotel is ... not there yet. No juice at breakfast. Check-in was... odd. Lots of kinks to work out. It's a new hotel and that shows. For the prices they are charging they really need to get that sorted out.
