Great location. In the middle of a mostly pedestrian district. After a clumsy check in the staff bent over backwards to provide excellent service. Great breakfasts.

The stay was nice. However, the hotel charged me again for the two nights stayed to the incidental card I put on file. I was not given any sort of receipt at check out and customer service has still not emailed back. We did not use the rooftop bar because it was closed when we tried to go.

Was a bit thrown off upon arriving to the hotel. Security guard was standing in the doorway as it started to rain and didn't move despite seeing me coming. At no point should a guest have to walk around a staff member upon arrival with bags, then have to open the door on their own. Immediate terrible first impression. Staff upon check in were nice, got me settled in right away. Room was big, clean and spacious. Not much of a view as I faced another building, and was hoping for a brighter/ better view. Hotel was well kept, shower, tub, hallways were all very well maintained. If you have a chance, definitely get the breakfast, some good options before a day of sightseeing. I would consider coming back here, the location cannot be beat.

Brilliant hotel with a great location. Madrid isn't massive but you are at the heart of the city when you stay at this hotel. Near tourist locations but not so close that you can hear the streets from your room. Only downside was that Uber drivers did not know (or chose not to know) the exact location so we had to walk 3 minutes to the hotel when we arrived with our bags. Not the hotel's problem at all and can't fault them. The pool is small and cold though very refreshing when it's warm outside, we certainly made use of it.

Quirky but tastefully decorated

It's centrally located and walkable to many of the tourist sites. Great cafe across from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel in the heart of central Madrid. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions, and a plethora of great restaurants in the area to chose from. Staff were knowledgeable and welcoming, and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The terrace room had a great view of the street below, with ample room to both entertain and relax in.

Nice new property in the city center. Everything is modern and well done. The breakfast is really nice and very convenient so add that option. The bar service on the rooftop was slow as it seemed a bit disorganized up there. However, the rooftop is amazing so it was worth the wait.

I love this hotel. It's smart, stylish and immaculate. It might be musically themed and situated in the middle of a noisy city but my room was silent - as well as being spacious and very comfortable. Staff are absolutely lovely well. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Walkable to the main attractions and a number of train stations for convenience. Plenty of nightlife around. The room cleaning service was very attentive and extremely good. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Wi-Fi was very reliable. Stayed 10 days and would stay again. Rooms are hooked up with cool Bluetooth sound systems to play your music or Zoom calls and tv allows Netflix casting from phone. There is a few stragglers around the alleyways but I had no issues. Unfortunately in big cities even Madrid you will find homelessness. I felt safe. The least homeless is probably in Salamanca near retiro park for upscale location. This area is more trendy and lots of local flavor and tourism.

Great location in the heart of the City. A clean well run five star hotel with amazing breakfast buffet.

From check-in to check-out, the staff at this incredibly styled and situated hotel were fantastic. Rooftop poolside food and beverage service were a benefit, and the incredible theater located INSIDE THE HOTEL were all unexpected surprises. Original touches honored while modern updates done. This hotel gets it right.
