Amazing Staffs!! Their welcome drinks are very refreshing. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping are top notch! It's also a walking distance to the beach and Bali Collection plaza. We had an amazing experience and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Over all our stay was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was adequate but I must say the coffee was really good. The pool was disappointing. The are only 2 ladders to exit the pool with daybeds being used but other guest blocking the ladders which made it difficult for elderly people to get out of the pool. We concidered having a cocktail by the pool one afternoon, but when we saw the prices ($38au for 1 Margarita) we decided to pass. I wouldn’t pay $38 in Australia for a cocktail! Even food at the hotel was over priced!

It was a no frills hotel in a quiet area. But stay was marred by the room. Suffered bed bug bites. Hotel needs to take serious action to clean the mattress and covers!

They make to wait for everything.
Upon check out I was forced to wait while a staff member confirmed I didn’t steal anything. Most unusual at a 5 star hotel and very insulting.

I stayed 9 days at the hotel and I really enjoyed my staying, very clean, friendly staff, big room and bed.

I guess it is generally good (room and food) but was disappointed there was no pool towel. Also, the 1st floor was dark therefore making the resto and pool area a bit sad.

Great place to stay. Everyone and everything was great. The only negative was, we waited 1.5 hours for dinner. Should have been 15 minutes. The dinner was delicious though.

Nowdays, normally hotel only asks credit card as "bond", they did not. As a result, a lengthy check out as well as, they need to check items in the room. We were asked about pillow (??). Breakfast is very basic but the resto is good and tasty. Room is big with veranda. not much facility in the hotel, just swimming pool, small gym and resto. In general, only staff in reception are not that friendly with lengthy check in and out.

Was upgraded from a standard room to the deluxe on arrival. We were also able to do a late checkout due to a late flight.
Prices were reasonable but the fish and chips from room service was laughably small, go out for dinner instead of using the hotel's restaurant.
Located in a family-friendly, posh, area of Bali, the hotel had free transport to the beach and the local shopping mall. Look forward to staying there again.

All the staff was very friendly and service minded. The spa was great!
Breakfast was also good. Really good selection.

The staff and the services provided were good. Shuttle to the beach, waters on the room, SPA (a little overpriced) and hospitality room. The bedroom was awesome!

Very handy to the International Conference Centre (6 min walk)
Good restaurant
Breakfast menu good, homemade omelettes, tho not great if you want breakfast cereals
My only complaint was that the hot water was lukewarm at best ie you wouldn't want to take a bath
