I was not told over the phone when I called multiple times to ask about the pet policy. I was charged 50 dollars plus 25 a night. I understand that I will receive the 50 back in “a few business days” as I was told but the fact that I called and asked and was not told of the charge to me is very shady business practices. I don’t like surprise cost when I arrive somewhere. This hotel is not worth 200 a night which is what I end up paying. I would have stayed at the la Quinta instead where they do not have surprise fees when you arrive. I tried to give a choice brand hotel a chance and after this I experience I will stay with the other guys. I am disappointed to say the least at the lack of transparency from this hotel.

Well all was good until about 9:30 am the house keepers tried to come through the door. Thank goodness I had the latch on or they would have seen it all! She then preceded to try and talk lady gtfo!!! Otherwise very cozy clean room

It was great. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast bar fantastic and they kept tables clean. And within walking distance of great restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean except for the musty smell that we are pretty sure was coming from the AC unit. It was so bad we were waking up in the mornings all congested, sneezing and coughing. We should have said something that first morning, so our fault for not.

Upon arrival our bathroom was broken but we were placed in another room the next day. They hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t the best but was nicely set up. The area was nice and quiet.

Had to change my room due to next door noise, you could here everything on the sheer door rooms, also would be nice to add air fresheners for some rooms have a bad humidity smell.

With that said, there were issues with processing my credit card for the security deposit and multiple cards were tested until it finally had to be done by manual entry. Turns out that there wasn't an issue and several of my cards were charged. Recommend checking your credit card system. I'm hopping all those extra charges come off. Also, issue with the bath tubs. Recommend putting down rubber grip or something on the tubs. To slippery. Ended up stepping in for a shower and slippers and jammed my wrist.
